Evergreen heating and cooling is a very good company to get your service or maintenance.

When I called to schedule my maintenance, I got it set for the following week. I had to reschedule because of conflict and I told someone will be here the next day.

Brian came between the specified time to do the maintenance. He explained to me his findings and suggestions which is not necessary to do it right I appreciate his honesty and kindness. He was professional with his job and answered my questions.

I’m always happy to do business with Evergreen. I can call them when there’s a problem and I get scheduled quickly.

I have not been disappointed with their work. I recommend Evergreen Heating & Cooling if you have any problems with your heating and cooling.

Great company, great people. They made every effort to keep my family comfortable while our AC was down and every effort to get our new AC in as quickly as possible. They even came out a few months later to inspect a water leak that ended up being our roof and didn’t charge us anything for that trip. Highly recommend these professionals.

Professional and friendly. Performed system checks to identify the issue, and replaced a bad compressor. Fixed the issues within a few minutes.

These guys are great. Came the same day I made the appointment and had the job done the 2nd day. It would have taken at least a week with anyone else.

Technician was very nice, professional, helpful, and thorough. I love the maintenance contract, its reasonably priced and makes sure that everything is working correctly for the season. They make sure to contact me and are always on time.

A great company, we have always gotten fast and professional service, we will continue using them for all our AC needs.

I had a blower motor go out on my HVAC system so I reached out to Evergreen Heating and Cooling. They had a service charge of $75 for the initial diagnostic and told me that would be taken off if I use them for the repair. The quote was almost $1500 for the replacement blower motor. I asked what the breakdown was on the cost for parts and labor and they wouldn't provide me with the information. I asked the tech and he played dumb on what the parts would cost and labor. Told me that was decided by the office. I know the part itself is very expensive but I would have preferred them be honest with the breakdown. I ultimately went with them on the install because I was needing to get my air fixed. I believe the company should provide a breakdown with the cost of parts and labor so they can be transparent of ehat they are providing and that ultimately made my decision not to go with them again going forward. The tech wasn't very friendly but that's not a big deal as I'm sure he was busy with alot of jobs.

Scheduling is always easy! Excellent support staff! Service people are professional, on time and expert.
