Evolution Games, Fort Worth TX

Experience was dull and non exciting. I went to a yugioh tournament last night after being on hiatus from yugioh for a while and it was an okay experience to say the least. Definitely more of a clique place. Couple dudes I played against were chill and gave some advice on some cards I should play. People were generally not overly friendly considering I tried to start a few conversations and most just fizzled because maybe they didn’t want to talk to me. Other than all that it was still cool to get out and play again. The shop has a great format where you always get a box as a prize even if their are 8 people in the tournament. If you don’t care about making friends and playing casually then this is the shop for you.

Of the comic book shops I've been to in the area this is one of the best places to find people to play casual or competitive magic or Yu-Gi-Oh. They've got a good selection of cards and a cool staff. They do small tournaments too

No handicap access. I called from just outside the store. They said there is no handicapped entrance and that it wasn’t there problem.

Best place I know to sell cards or play MTG Commander. Employees and other guests are really nice so really awesome environment to be around.

I went here had to wait 15 mins to be helped. The skinny guy with a beanie was rude and in a hurry. Won't be coming back to this shop. Which sucks because its right by my house.

They are a magic, yugiho and k40 out front. Then they are a pokemon storage in the back. If u want pokemon cards from them it's online. Great employees. Had a great time.

Good gaming lounge with some selection for hobbying. Friendly environment and enjoyable place to play any table top games. They also have snacks! (have to buy)

I moved from Virginia to Erath county and was looking for miniatures paint. Evolution was close by whole the wife and I ran errands in Southern Fort Worth. Stopped in and Daniel took the time to pick out a few paints and recommend a new line. Great selection of paints (several lines- Vallejo, Battletech, Proacryl, Army Painter). Large selection of 40K, Pokémon, Yu-Gi-Oh, Battletech, Fantastic game tables and terrain. This will be my hobby shop, well worth the hour plus drive!

Great shop for your 40k needs, AOS, Magic, you name it! Soon to have ProAcryl too! Finally a paint line we've all been having to order online-in stores! Now, just for a DFW shop to carry Green Stuff World & Scale75 (or better yet one for all 3 again)!

I haven’t been to Evo since the Altamesa days when the place was a dump, I came here on a whim and was shocked at how clean and organized the place was, how quick employees and manager/management were to offer help, and how they had way more products to offer, it’s a great store overall.
