I cold called Ewald with some very specific requirements for specialty equipment. Shawn worked hard to find exactly the tractor we need at the best price he could find. I don't have the knowledge to have done it without his assistance. Great service.

I recently had my Kubota mower winter maintenance serviced by Ewald Kubota in Austin. The service personnel was Mike and he quickly and thoroughly performed all services needed. Maria, Service Manager, handled the payment which was efficient and effortless. I highly recommend Ewald Kubota and their personnel, Mike and Maria, for any service needs on Kubota equipment.

I was impressed by their direct no nonsense manner in finding the engine issues with my Kubota L47. At the service reception Maria clearly explained that they would first take it into the shop to diagnose the issue and then she would send me a complete quote for labor and parts which she did within a day or two. I then authorized the repairs which required parts to be ordered and received notification that the machine was ready for pickup a few days later. They even thoroughly greased the machine as part of their normal practice.

In my experience dealing with automobiles and other heavy machinery of this nature, I find this branch of Ewald Kubota to be a top notch operation. Maria's cordial and efficient manner inspired confidence that they would repair my machine in the proper manner. The person at the front counter alone is the key to customer confidence, and Maria delivered.

Ewald Kubota - service and parts! Recently I took a Z125 mower to get it serviced at Ewald Kubot - Del Valle location. The mower was purchased at this location. I highly value the maintenance service level along with the parts center. Maria Zertuche was extremely professional and dilgent to what I needed. Great level of communication and overall atttention is highly praised. Ms. Zertuche and the maintenance tech explained the work and I was extremely pleased! Further, I been to Ewald Kubot for parts and Mr. Lige Brown has been extremely diligent and professional when I call for parts! I value the attention by Ms. Zertuche and Mr. Brown for their high level of professionalism and attention to the customer! I would highly recommend Ewald Kubota at Del Valle and if maintenace is required, Ms. Zertuche is whom I recommend along with Mr. Brown for parts! -

Once again Maria and Mike came through with excellent Service! I called with an issue on my zero turn mower and not only did Maria quickly dispatch Mike the technician, I was up and running that same day. Mike has performed 3 visits to attend to our farm equipment and each visit exemplifies expertise and professionalism. I highly recommend Ewald Kubota and they have a customer for life.

Got my first 50 hour service and had a grapple installed on my tractor. Maria took good care of me. Of course my favorite salesman, Shawn always makes sure I leave happy. Excellent service.

I called and spoke to Shawn in Sales at the Del Valle location regarding a vehicle that we picked up on behalf of the Austin Police Department and was trying to find out who purchased the unit, so we could notify them. Shawn was so nice and understanding and went out of his way to help locate the purchaser of the unit. Thank you Shawn for your exceptional customer service. We were able to get a hold of the purchaser and they were so grateful as well!

Just had my Kubota zero turn mower serviced by Mike, and he did an excellent job, very courteous, very professional.

Awesome place staff very helpful and always do quality repairs when needed in a timely manner.

On 3/21/2023, had routine service on my BX23S sub compact tractor (oil & filter change, etc). Also, requested the replacement of a broken accelerator arm (previous arm snapped off. Note: I already had required replacement parts on hand). The routine maintenance and repair were done at my home via mobile service. Mike, the service technician was great (professional, knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and thorough). Maria, the service manager was also great (professional, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly). Maria was very helpful in setting up the service call, explaining the associated costs, billing process, etc. Kudos!

Long time Kubota owner, went in to buy a UTV. No one to help. My wife went to the service desk and asked about pricing and the older gent said, “ I do parts not sales”, and looked back down at what he was doing. Okay…. Went to Kawasaki of Caldwell and bought a Mule instead. Not sure if this is how Kubota is nowadays but I want no part of that nonsense.

GM called and texted my wife and personally apologized. We were very appreciative of the call and apology for the service that we received.

We bought a tractor here in 2005 and have had all our service done there with their great team. The folx at the parts counter are always helpful. Maria who manages service is great - always communicating where things are in the process, the tech Johnny recently put our old tractor back together after a wheel bearing failure. And almost annually we have a service tech come out for general service on the tractor - they always give it a thorough workover, catching and addressing any issues, even if we had not noticed them. Highly recommend this place.

I bought a compact tract loader
(SVL75) here, it was a pleasant experience. Shawn was a pleasure to work with and made the purchasing process smooth and John spent an hour with me giving me a 1: 1 tour of my new equipment.

I own a General Contracting company here in Austin that takes on landscaping projects from time to time. When I need a skid steer or a track loader, I call up Ewald Kubota and they go out of their way to make sure I get the equipment I need even on short notice. Their rates are excellent and they always treat me and my small company just like I am one of the big boys with a million dollar account. I have finally found my go-to equipment rental vendor and they have earned a loyal customer for the long haul.
