Excel Nails, Austin TX

Do not go to this place. I was treated unfair, & stereotyped. I asked for a pedicure. However, I wasn’t given a massage nor asked what typed pedicure I want it.

I'm the pickiest of picky a little high maintenance and definitely know good work. I have been coming to this place for 20 years! Anna is my nail tech. And I can't find anyone else that does a better job than Anna. Trust when I say I have gone off on every other Nail Tech in 52 & 23. I am a licensed cosmetologist so please believe I know what steps need to be taken on a full set and pedicure. And all right make sure every step is being done. Anna is the only person on the planet that could do my nails and these nails are going to stay on for 1 month even if I don't go for a fill. She skips zero steps.if my nails are lifting she's sealing it with glue. Which no people do! They love to lay the acrylic right on the lifted part so that way you can see air bubbles. And she does my nail acrylic thick enough but thin enough to where they don't pop off in a week or start chipping. Honestly I can go to anyone for my feet. But my hands don't get touched by anybody but Anna perrrriod!

These are my ladies. Rose always hooks me up with Excellent nails. And they didn't change their rates like most places have. Thank you ladies for staying true blue.

Nice ladies very attentive. Place is clean and they always sanitize everything.highly recommend.

Doing nails is an art. And this place certainly knows that. They did an awesome job! This will be the spot I go to and refer definitely!

Got color tip, which must be dried under blue light, by Fri, 18th, nail had air bubbles underneath due to them not letting me dry my full time, went back, so Rosemary could fix her mistakes, wanted to charge me to fix her mistakes, at the end of the day, did not give me what I originally pd for, painting the nail red, b leaving the light blue underneath.
Tried to make Ana understand as business owner, she should right the wrong, had to pay for nail color change on toes.
Don't treat good customers WRONG, still gave ROSEMARY a $5, even tho she clearly didn't DERSEVE it.

Horrible me and my mom would never go there again! We sat at excel nails for 3 hours waiting for one nail to be repaired. Then when it was time for my nail to be put back on i wanted to find the same color that matched the others and rose put no effort to look she just grabbed a red that was way of color and shrugged her shoulders.she grabbed my hand and started to do my nail and my mom started looking for colors that matched more we found a pretty red one and rose said no something different so my mom and i looked for a prettier color and we did my one nail was done and rose asked what nail salon did i go to before i went there and my mother told rose the nail salon so rose took it upon herself and charged my mother more money then the price. On the price list is says 3.00 for Nail Repair she charged my mom 6.00 just because we didn't go there first! When i got home i noticed that my nail was cricket and lob sized VERY POOR WORK! NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN! I will stick to my favorite nail salon FASHION NAILS they have amazing work i recommend going there instead and they put you in a chair quickly and never charge more, ;)

The best job I've had in a long time. The area is a bit suspect however it is worth it.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. There was no wait, was able to be seated quickly. They started doing my nails, cut me 3 times with a tool they used, and my nails were sloppy. But what did I expect from 20$ Nails?
