Excelsior on the Park Apartments, Houston TX

I like the apartment the only bad thing about it you cannot find parking spot bc is a lot people without. Parking permit for the apartment here you don’t even have assigned parking spot

My niece lives here and they are really nice inside but the grounds need improvement and the trash is always full.

I came to these apartments because they had good reviews but unfortunately they changed everything, very bad management and these ladies don't care, they don't send anything to be fixed. I have been reporting the kitchen, water leaks, the lamp and other things for more than 2 months, I told the Lady, we turned on the heating connection and it's not good, it generates $500 a month of energy and even then they don't care, the lady says with a mocking laugh "today they will go to repair" and they don't arrive. But when it comes to charging you have to be punctual.

Just moved! I want to say how fast Ms. Helen moved me in! I applied and was moved in 2 days later! She was very helpful and her service is over the moonMiss Evee! Great manager! Both so bubblythey told me they just told me their company recently took over the property! Honestly thats such a nice thing since ive heard many complains from the managment before…

Got to say what an amazing Staff and Maintenance crew they got here. A total upgrade from what I presumed it be. From the time I stepped in I was embraced with such kindness and hospitality by the two ladies in the office, Mrs. Evee, the manager and Mrs Helen. Both welcomed me and treated me with respect that it became delightful to speak and ask questions. They kindly answered all my questions comfortably and made the process easy. They’ve shown to be attentive to work orders made and sincere about getting the work done correctly! If there were more than 5 stars ️ I’d surely max it out because of this hidden no one knows about! Thank you for your speedy services and kind gestures.surely, it’s a place I like to call home

Walked in, leasing said nothing is available even though a sister property sent us here saying they have availability.

Glad to know employees don’t care about their job lol.

It definitely doesn't show you here, everything is going great until you need to fix something in your apartment the management is garbage they are useless and they don't even care about their tenants, I just moved in three days ago and since then my bathroom hasn't worked something which is a first necessity in the apartment and they only know how to tell me that the order has already been placed and no response is a lack of respect they are only interested in charging

I would not move here. Your car will get broken into, the water will be turned off every day from 12pm to 5pm. It not worth the price. It took forever for my hot water issue to be resolved. The list goes on and on and on.

If you would like your mail stolen and your car’s broken into come on down! This complex is exactly what you’ve been looking for.all packages have been stolen from this here complex and did I forget to mention they’ll harass you about rent but will not replace your mailbox door or even look at the security cameras to check who broke your windows…. Best decision I’ve made

I moved here about 2 months ago coming up to 3 months. I love how quiet it is. The neighbors are friendly. The only issue is parking unless you pay for a reserve parking space it's fine. As far as paying 1161 for "amenities" is where I'm concerned. The pool was closed for awhile waiting for "permits" there are no laundry rooms on site they seem to be under construction and from the neighbors living here there's no telling when they will be done. I also don't have a mailbox. They have been "replacing" them and that's the same excuse I've been getting since I moved in. Also the gates stay wide open day and night and that definitely needs to be fixed as it is a safety concern. We work hard for the stuff we have and I don't want random people driving in for their next steal. For 1161 I would like my amenities. They should consider lowering the rent until the amenities in our contract are fixed.

I've been living in these apartments for a month now. As a single mom, I needed to be somewhere I felt safe and could afford. I was nervous about the area but the price was unbeatable so I gave it a shot.

Elias was extremely helpful. He made sure I was in a unit that is wheelchair accessible for my daughter. He made sure I had parking close to my unit. He has responded to all my emails in a timely manner and has sent maintenance out quickly for the few issues I had upon move in.

As far as the complex, it is older but the upgrades are decent inside. Typical upgrades you would see in most complexes. The layouts are incredible. I have 2 patios and both are a great size. The bedrooms are larger than I had when I lived in a 2000sqft house. The complex is mostly quiet. You hear kids in the evenings and weekends which is to be expected and does not bother me at all. But other than that and the occasional dog barking, it's quiet.

My only complaints and the reason for my 4 star rating is the front gates are always open. For security reasons I'd prefer they were closed. Also, there isn't a playground for kids. But there are a lot of public parks close by which is nice.

Overall I am very happy with this complex and hope to be here for 2 years.

Elias has made my move in process really easy. When I came to view the property Victoria set my appointment & I was able to view 3 different floorplans. The application was quick & approved within 2 days. I’m looking forward to my new place!

Truly a pleasure to be able to live here, in many places they hardly attended us and were very rude, here from the first day they treated us very well and they responded to all our concerns, I highly recommend this place

Myself and my daughter just moved in this week and I will say our decision to make these apartments our new home was the best decision ever. I highly recommend these apartments to anyone else looking to move in.
