Terrible, horrible, they are so professional, but they were not there to take good care of my daughter and give her the medicine, knowing that the pharmacies have been closed since 10, that's what you're supposed to go to the hospital to control the pain that you're already in.and you grab the medical prescription not to send us to the house in 5 minutes apart from that rasists and terrible attitude
I went to the er last night and I have to say this was by far the best experience I have ever had at an er. I was greeted by a smile when I walked through the door. Was taken back to a room within 15 minutes. The nurse, radiologist and the doctor were all very friendly and all took the time to listen to what I had to say without the “god complex” most doctors have these days. They all worked diligently to find the cause of my issue and they did. The entire facility was the cleanest that I have ever been in. I will never go to another er!
Terrible Experience. Would not recommend. For starters, this should be called a drs office. Not an emergency room. If you have an emergency do not come here. I repeat IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY DO NOT COME HERE! You will die waiting before they ever even get to you! We checked in and waited over an hour to come back (pretty typical I get it.) but we were the only ones in the waiting room. So of course it was pretty annoying. Most emergency rooms take your vitals before hand. They didn’t do any of that until we came to a room. My kid had a 104 fever the first nurse was rudeeeeee! Recorded 98.9. The second nurse comes in and I say “can you check his temp? I don’t think she did it right? ” She checks and sure enough it’s @ 103.5!
She says “I’ll get you some medicine for his temp” we waited another 45 minutes in the room before she came back and said oh sorry here’s that Motrin” glad we weren’t dying over here we still waited over 4 hours to get swabs back. RIDICULOUS. I get it if you’re swamped with people. We were the ONLY ONES HERE! All just to tell us we have flu A. So freaking annoying. Please stay far away.
