Just before the Christmas Holiday 2023 I went to Exclusive Furniture on the Southwest Freeway and met with a really nice Salesman name Jimmy and purchased a Dinning Room Set and a Queen Mattress and QUEEN Platform Bed Base.the Queen Base for my Queen Mattress is about 4 inches TOO SMALL so the mattress is hanging off the BASE. I been calling the store for weeks and was told today they were not going to do anything to help me. I am a Senior Citizen and this is my second time buying from them, but NEVER AGAIN!

I have had the worst experience i have ever had in purchasing anything. If i could give zero stars i would. First my order delivery was delayed by one week, for no apparent reason. Second, exclusive furniture has been unable to inform the finance company i am using to finance my order that i paid for half the order in store.the finance company is charging me for the full amount. How do i pay twice for something? This is going on almost a month and no resolution in sight. Customer service is inept, always saying that the department in charge will give me a call when they come in. Till date, no one has called me. I call almost daily to get a feedback, the department in charge of refunds is never available to respond. I will be reporting this business to the BBB.

Michelle Cruz is so amazing and has taken care of me and my family since 2018. She is easy to work with and always professional. I come back because the furniture is great, but the service is even better.

Michelle was awesome, she even included Robert the mattress guy and was still able to get same day delivery. Online is definitely the way to go, super simple, easy, and convenient.

This makes me sad. This has been a horrible experience! My sister received a call from a sales rep about a sale. She knew I had been in the market for a bed so we visted the store. I tried several matress and due to having back issues, I knew I didn't want anything hard or too soft. I ordered two pillows, a matress I protecter (because I was told a small pin size dot on it would void the warranty). I also ordered sheets that I never received, and three bar stools. The matress that I tried at the store was NOT the one that I received! The delivery driver took photos of the bed and sent it to the warehouse manager who told him to leave the bed and matress cover that was stained and they would return tomorrow with a new one. I had to wait five hours before I could try the matress, and to my surprise, it was hard as bricks! I called and texted the rep who called about the sale, no response until I had to point out that he should have the common decency to have someone respond if he is out, or on vacation.

Lewis (manager) called me and I expressed my concerns, he advised " I would need to break the matress in, the matress that I tried had been out there for over a year". I informed him that, that should have been part of their sales pitch. Spoke to Corporate told me I would have to pay full price for rhe new matress I want and delivery fees. I told her that made know since and she corrected herself and said, " I didn't say that, I'll have to see whatt I can do".

Since having such a horrible experience, sharing my experiences with three other family members and friends, they all said that they had a nightmare of an experience with them. Thus far my experience with the delivery driver and warehouse manager has been the only experience where concerns was shown.

At this point, they can just come pickup this bed up that has caused my back pain to return, and it's accessories!

Con artist! No integrity! Buyers beware! Prepaid legal for situations such as this!

First I have to say that thier service at the stores are great, but when it comes bown to the furniture it is poor quality. I have been Litigating with this company for over 6 months. All they do is give you the run around and blame you for something that they have done.
My parents are senior citizens and bought a couch from them in May 2022 plus they also bought the extended warranty for just in case. Well, it comes out that they do not honor the warranty and have backed out of what they say.
They (Parents) called a week after they (Parents) received the furniture and said that the couch recliner was not right and that it sunk too low when you sat on the couch. That is not want they (Parents) bought. So, EF was kind enough to send a repair man to the house and try to fix it. << The repair man said that there was no way he could fix it. That the manufacture built it in poor condition. So, then the repair man calls the warehouse and said that there was no fixing the couch that the manufacture has to have it replaced. This show has happened 3 times already, and EF is not honoring their word on the warranty and the policy. I would like to especially tag one certain person that will never get my vote on customer service! And that is Myra.

Exclusive Furniture are thieves and most unscrupulous company I have ever attempt to furniture shop with. They claim once you sign for furniture you cannot cancel even if no delivery date set and not received in your home. The manager claims they can charge 25% restocking fee for furniture not scheduled for deliverybor received in your home. Exclusive Furniture obviously doesn't believe in their own product. I am informing everyone stay away from this company they do not compare in customer service, quality or price to any of the reputable stores.now seeking legalbrepresentation

I am very impressed with the quality of service I received from Michelle Cruz in the corporate office. She went above and beyond to be sure to get what we wanted and she even coordinated the out of state shipping. Thank you so much Michelle. Nice work!

This message is to add on from my wonderful experience from yesterday. It would be my honor to mention how much of a help Ms. Dayra Reyes was in the process of buying our King sized mattress. We stumbled across the warehouse thinking that we could buy a mattress there directly and Ms. Reyes pointed out that the warehouse is there for pickup and speedy delivery. We are very appreciative to have had Ms. Reyes there to assist us in the right direction as well as being extremely well mannered and overall very kind hearted, she made it to where everything was able to go smoothly when we arrived to Exclusive Furniture's actual location! We owe Dayra the biggest thank you for the fantastic assistance that we received yesterday afternoon.

They are not customer service oriented. Front desk person (looks female, but don't want to assume) needs to understand that as the face of the company, first impressions say a lot. In this case, someone not happy with her job.doesn't interact well with the public.
Warehouse personnel checked the boxes and repacked, prior to loading. Stated the best they could do. Notated on receipt that any damages would be on them for failure to package properly.
Store personnel were very professional, but the warehouse facility personnel lack customer service.

I can't express how happy my wife and I am with the experience we received from Exclusive Furniture! We live several hundred miles away from there Texas locations and have been searching for a very specific master bedroom set. We spent days and hours trying to find a company that had it in stock and was able to ship. We found that Exclusive Furniture was the ONLY company that had this bedroom set in stock but we were initially informed that they do not ship! With the temptation to drive several hundred miles I was blessed to be contacted by Michelle Cruz at Exclusive Furniture. This women is a god sent! She arranged shipping for me and stayed close to me with regular communication. She almost felt like someone I knew for years! Wow what a delight she was, a prime example of what customer service and going above and beyond TRULY means. We received the furniture in the time frame that was promised and it was flawless. I even recieved a follow up call from Michelle Cruz and a box of premium cookies delivered to the home. This will be the only furniture store that I will ever use and will preach it to every and anybody I no! Thank you guys!

I purchased a new home and went to Exclusive to furnish it. I bought a $2k dinette set & a $2k bedroom set, a large wall picture, end tables and the queen Bo spring for an existing bed. They were so nice during my buying process but the minute I showed a dissatisfaction with the delivery of the queen size box spring. I saw their TRUE identity. As long as I was buying.it was all jokes and grins but I have been trying to get a queen box spring delivered and set up for 3 weeks now and have been getting the runaround. I called the store (Humble) and Zach (a so called manager) talk to me very RUDELY! I will NEVER buy at Exclusive again

Experience was great at first, but turned ugly when we were lied to just to buy the product to be sent to the wear-house 40 minutes away, when the sales person knew the wear-house was closed. Spent 1 hour trying to figure out why we were sent to the wear-house to pickup an item that couldn’t be picked up at the time.

After receiving the product, chairs and table came defective. Had to contact the corporate office MULTIPLE times to get the issue resolved. Would I purchase from them again? Probably not. Misleading information, and than a run around.
