property stinks
No toilet paper
Apparently no maintnance because nothing works and property is a mess and room is very outdated.
PLACE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN!

First says fridge in room. There was but didnt work. Second There is no ice as machine is turned off, other guest said owner or maintnance turned off ice machine. So nothing cold to drink and couldnt store any cold food in non working fridge. Third said had microwave in room it did but was not clean at all and it was very old.
Fourth people had dogs out with no leash including people running hotel. Fifth Whoever maintains property is lacking any kind of skills at all. No filters in ac. Needed paint very bad on inside and out. Junk piled up on outside of some rooms (prob dope heads). No shadesbon lamps in room. Bed was dirty along with stained pillows. Housekeeping is lacking and dont clean. Said had washer and dryer they did not work. Table legs were loose and falling off. Glass and window was nasty. Noise all hours of the night. Drug deals all over. Health department needs to come here and shut it down! No smoke detector. No remote for t.v.
Cable box just hanging by cords not mounted. Could see through door jam easily. Door latch missing a part. Towels were dusty colored. No toilet paper in room. No soap. Water smelled. Nats, roaches, flies all over. Room smelled. Any good review for here is fake and wrote by dope heads staying here. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOUR A DOPER! WORSE HOTEL EVER!

Turned off ice machine while its hott out. No freezer in room or working fridge to get a drink cold or anything else. Maintnance is lacking here as well. Should hire maintnance that knows how to do repairs and property clean up. Outdated property. Its a mess and they must be penny pinchers since turn off ice machine while its triple digits out. Will not stay again and would not Stay here if i were you!

Why don't you check out their friendliness. Oh and Mineral Wells is a fun place with a lot to offer.

Perfect for what I needed! Nothing fancy but comfortable beds. A nice place to sleep and get in out of the cold. I was stranded, with a broke down car, and it was snowing! I could not even get a wrecker. Local police took me to the nearest motel. I had no way to get food and noone was delivering due to the weather. The manager asked if I had been able to get food and I said no. Not long after, his wife knocked on my room door with a plate of food she had cooked for me! I offered to pay for the food but they would not take the money. I have never been treated so kindly by any motel or hotel management anywhere I have ever stayed. Not even at the high dollar places! This place had reasonable rates and excellent staff! The maintenance man even went to where my car was, in the snow, and tried to start it, in hopes of bringing it to. It wouldn't start but the effort was greatly appreciated! I also appreciate the manager letting him leave his duties to try to help me. Wonderful people! I enjoyed my stay very much, inspite of the cercomstances. Also, my dog was with me and these kind people even shared their dog food!

Repulsive hateful staff. Major narcotic for pain was stolen from my room. The room sanitation is appalling. Should say the lack thereof.

Stayed here 2 nights because it was close to the hospital. The reviews scared me but I needed to be close so I stayed. My room was nice and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I didn't see any bugs at all. Office staff were friendly Even at 3: 15 in the morning when I checked in. I would stay here again.

First off whatever you do, do not think about staying there. I was hesitant, but my husband said to check it out. I read the reviews and it was about half and half. I called and talked to Kevin and asked if the rooms were clean and didn't have bugs. He assured me they were. I made a reservation for Saturday night. My husband and I stayed at the lake all day and were going to go back on Sunday. We got to the hotel about 7ish. There was only one room left and I was assured it was a non-smoking room. I opened the door and was about knocked out from the smell of old cigarettes. The door jamb was broken from someone kicking it and the broken pieces just places back and drywall screws were holding it up. The only thing good was the air conditioner seemed to work. Didn't even make it to the bathroom. There were two beds in the room and only one had pillows. Needless to say, I went back to the office and told Kevin the room was nasty and smelled terrible. I was given my money back. We could not find another hotel in Mineral Wells or Graham that had an opening or one to park / charge our boat. So our plans were ruined and we came back home. So story short DO NOT DO IT!

It had roaches and the air-conditioner was dripping and never got fixed and the cleaning lady did not clean very well
