It's on the far side of everything you'd want to be near, when I got in the room there was a roach crawling on the bed. The guy at the counter was nice.

When I first arrived trying to get to Padre Island, I didn't realize how close, Brownsville was to the Mexico border, like, a 5 minute walk. The officer that dropped me off for an overnight stay to get me off the street was very welcoming.

If there is a negative review, I would give this place. I don't know why it is so expensive with poor service. The room has nethier safe for our valuables nor coffee maker plus there is no phone.
Towels are stained and very old, bed is not comfy at all.
Absolutly I will not return to this place or recommend it to anyone.

Nice motel in laguna vista/port isabel area on state hwy 100 heading to the south padre island. On weekends, most motels in the area were charging $250-$350, this one was the most economical. Check in was quick. Front desk guy was courteous. My Room had refrigerator and microwave. It was neat and clean. AC worked well. I particularly loved their outdoor pool. Will stay again.

It was just for a night but never again. This place needs a complete makeover. Everything is outdated. The water would not get hot. The staff was friendly. I asked about an ice machine and the clerk told me to go a couple miles up the road because they didn't have one. As I said, it was only for a night, but never again.

We had a great time. Thank you for allowing us to have a cook out and the kids enjoyed the pool. Definitely will be back

We paid $70 for the night. It was really dirty I mean dirty. Shower was dirty with dirt. Sink was dirty everything was dusty like it hadn't been clean in a while. The water in the shower barely came out. I had to fill up a little bucket and use a cup. Like if we were at the Ranch. Towels were all stained everything was dirty. Good thing I had my own towels and own blankets and pillows. IT was a cold night so we had to stay.

That was not the Hilton, everyone decided to be cheap, therefore you will get what you paid for, BESIDES, they're are renovated the motel,

We needed a handicapped room, but guess what, there was
No Handicapped Ramp
Fort to bathroom wasn't big enough for a wheelchair
We got a new room

Looks like the furniture was stolen from a sixties house, never fixed, and placed into this nightmare

Cold tile floors

Looks like a total Dot Indian Motif in both rooms and the office!

Clerk left to watch the kids on the pool, the kids were from another family!

They show the RV Park across the highway, but has nothing to do with it!

If I could give a lower score I sure would, instead I'm just going to call the health department!

Clerk had the guts to ask for a five star review, nope not ever going to happen

You can spray all day for bugs, but if you don't treat them and get rid of them from a source, they ALWAYS come back!

Really dirty. Really expensive for what It was. Room was missing so many basic amenities that we were told we'd have and paid for. Pay a little more and stay somewhere much nicer

I am so sorry guys but this hotel was falling apart restroom so dirty smell so bad it's so bad I cannot recommend this hotel please read the reviews before you go into this and the price was high $232 for 1 night that's ridiculous that should cost only like $50 a night

Moldy ceiling in the bathroom. Dirty sheets. Hair dryer didn't work. Checked in at about 115 am and had to call the clerk to come get us checked in. Only waited about 10 minutes. The tv remote didn't work. And when pressing the volume button on the tv it would change the channel. Would not recommend

This place is horrible. Sheets were stained and damp towels were given out still damp door lock didnt work not to mention very hard to get the door to shut and stay closed. Pillows were so thin was like there wasnt one at all and when we were packing to leave what do we see climbing up the wall ROACHES! YES ROACHES! WILL NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN! They charged 160 bucks a night! NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE STAY AT THIS LOCATION! IF I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO STAR REVIEW I WOULD FOR SURE!
