Exotic Adult Superstore, Humble TX

I have been visiting this store for some time now but today when I went in I found an item marked at $19.99 however, when it was scanned it was $64.99. I spoke with two different managers and neither one would budge on the $64.99. I understand this was a mistake but that mistake was on them and the fact they would not honor the price shown on the item proves how disloyal this company is to its customers. I will not be going back to this store.

This place is a over charging customers almost 106$ plus tax more than list price this is how this company treats the paying customer during these times of crisis

I had first gone to the shop a block over first, went in there and turned right around and left out, I was extremely disappointed. I saw the superstore I had been looking for actually was here next block. I walked into Exotic and was blown AWAY with the awesome displays and the major difference between the two for selection. I was in there for over an hour and I still could have stayed longer. I'll never go to any other adult novelty store for my needs. Exotic takes the WIN BY FAR IN HOUSTON AND SURROUNDED AREAS!

This store is clean and nice. Not shady like other stores. There are employees willing to help you threw your search if you need it they don’t judge you either. I’d recommend this store to everyone!

Store is well maintained and very clean. Large variety of toys and novelties. If you don't find what you're looking for, then you're looking too hard.

By far the BEST selection, store, and professional staff in the whole Houston area!

Ofcourse they have to offer items for all people of all levels of society and incomes.
So they do have a little bit of cheap China stuff.
But most of their extensive collection is the Premium and Lasting gear
This "SUPERSTORE" has more choice as premium stores like Adam and Eve, Candies and Katz combined!

Tight security and camera's everywhere gives the store AND their customers a sense of security and safety!

I absolutely love this place. It could be 2pm or 2am and its clean safe and professional. And the selection is insane. I always feel like a kid in sexy adult candy store!

Horrible customer service and policy, went in to buy a toy ended up getting the wrong one cause they were moving their dvds shelves around the store and I wasn’t able to see the correct one. Explained to the manager Aide and she expressed that they had a no return policy Funny thing is my box looks like it’s been opened before.

Customer loyalty doesnt get you very far at this store. I buy smoke stuff from this store 2 or 3 times a week. I recognize the manager and all the employees. Today i came with my gf's debit card whom also frequents there with me but was not with me today and they wouldnt accept her card; even tho they write down your license number on the cc recipt on their copy of the cc recipt. Despite that it was still the managers choice to not accept my payment.

Would have given more stars but the video section is very unorganized. Nothing by category. Takes hours to shift through the dvds stacked ontop of eachother just to maybe find what your looking for. Prices aren't to bad though.a few specials.

Lingerie isn't to bad on prices and have most sizes. Customer service.well, that just depends on what time you visit the store. I've had some good customer service and I've had the crappy service.

Good store and prices on smoke supplies but terrible late night employee (not the security guard) service. Just rude, judgemental, and seemed to not care about anything when i was there.

Signs say open 24 hours, yet tried to go in and was told "we're closed".

Will take business elsewhere.

They have the best prices that I have seen out of multiple locations around town. The employees are also helpful when needed.

I personally live very far from this location but me and my hunny make the trip they have a great selection the staff helps if needed so you don't have to deal with the constant bugging you can look for what you need in peace I recommend all the time love this place.

HUGE selection! A decent discount section and friendly service. If you seem nervous while you are shopping they will come over and ask if you need help and make small harmless jokes to make you feel more at ease.
