They have so.much knowledge about the computers they blew my mind. I highly recommend going here. Warranty and all is so worth it. Reasonable prices. I give 10 stars.

Do not do Repairs here! They promise you new parts and next day repair that was not the case. I had to pay in advance for a ‘brand’ new monitor which I have no problem. Then wait for 3-4 days to come in. After which they did the repair and got no call when it was ready. I had to call and walk to the store to get my laptop. When I got there I was quoted beforehand on the labor they jacked the price $40 more and claims they gave me that price initially. This was a total lie! They finally gave me the price I was promised but then I got my laptop. The so ‘brand’ new monitor was all scratched up and from a 3rd party recycled company for part. The lied in my service and on the parts/labor. When I called up the place since the manager was not in, they make claims that they called me numerous of times for pick up and said they ordered in a new monitor. The picture below says otherwise. Again I will not recommend them for repairs, nor will I come back.

This was my 2nd time at this location. Dealt with Mathew both times and both times his attitude was consistent. He's VERY customer oriented. He had taken his time explaining to me about my apple purchase and he was very personable. I did not feel rushed, and did not feel like any of my questions or concerns were unfounded. If there was an option for 6 stars, I would have given this company a 6 star rating! My Dell PC had just started to run extremely slow. I brought it in this morning to my local Experimax store, in Spring, TX. I was delighted to find out that they also repair PC's, not just Apple products!
Nestor Maldonado greeted me and quickly run a scan while I waited.
He determined that the write speed, on my hard drive was extremely slow and recommended replacing my hard drive. To my delight, he turned it around before they closed. Yes, on the same day! He also recommended a different anti-virus software.

I found Experimac while trying to sell an old iMac that Apple considered obsolete. Not only were they able to offer me more than an online quote, but I was in and out of the store in less than an hour. Very professional and helpful!

Experimax Klein did an amazing job repairing my water-damaged Macbook. After going to 3 different computer repair businesses and being told my computer was beyond repair, Experimax was able to fix it for an amazing price and was done with it after just two days. If I have any other tech issues in the future, I will return.

I was able to get an appointment the next day with Cole.even during this crazy time of COVID. She was wonderful. She spent a lot of time on my daughters computer and even waived the diagnostic fee. She had to re-install some drivers and gave me some options about fixing the hardware problem (internal speaker went bad). I appreciate the one-on-one time, patience and knowledge. I didn't feel pressed at all to spend a lot of money. I will definitely go back if I have other problems.

I was very impressed with Expermac Klein. I initially conversed by email with Nestor who was knowledgeable and experienced with my IPAD Air problem. He made me feel confident that the repair [new battery] would be completed professionally and efficiently. I dropped it off Wednesday and picked it up next day Thursday. Cost reasonable - beats having to purchase new IPAD Air. I will recommend this company and give them stellar recommendation.
