Technician was very experienced. The same person came who had come for routine maintenance so it’s good in a way that he knew the unit well.
Front desk personnel sounds very nice and courteous on the phone. Technician showed up on time, very responsive to customer needs. Will call them in the future when service is required!
Technician was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need. We will continue to use this company for all of our AC/Heating needs.
$19K spent on 2 different new complete systems over last 5 years. Last system was installed less than 2 years ago. East side home system wasn't cooling. After troubleshooting, observed suction line iced over from evap coil back to compressor. Inside fan motor not operating. Tech showed up & I informed him of my observations, he verified issue, said company may have a replacement in stock in Pasadena, if so he would go and pickup part, return this evening & install, as he was on call for the weekend. It's now 48 hrs later and still no update or path forward! He's sleeping in ac this weekend and I can't even get a phone call on what's going on. If the unit wasn't under warranty I would use some other business for this and future repairs! JUST BE RESPECTFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS AND GIVE THEM A 5 MINUTE PHONE CALL, STAY IN COMMUNICATION, THAT IS THE PROFESSIONAL THING TO DO! Evarardo Alday DO YOUR JOB! The technician Michael V.came out and give me a quote to move my A/C unit. Very knowledgeable and respectful man. After telling him I had a service agreement with the company he gave me the best possible quote and after talking to company personnel gave me a lower price.
