Absolutely love the staff at this office! Dr. Fewins is amazingly thorough and very professional. Our teenage son was very comfortable with the procedure that he needed. I absolutely recommend him to anyone requiring an ENT.

I will forever be grateful to Dr Fewins for his knowledge and expertise in diagnosing my cancer 10 years ago. He rushed the biopsy to lab and told me in less than 20 minutes it was bad. I saw him again this week for constant hoarseness and he has a plan to fix it. I trust him wholeheartedly. His staff is also amazing. I cannot say enough to praise him like he deserves

I can finally breath! Wish I found Dr. Fewins sooner. I had an in office procedure and I was amazed that I had no pain in the processes. He explained everything he was doing step by step. The nurse even held my hand and made me feel so comfortable, when I told her I was a little nervous. He listened to my issues and made sure I understood my options. Almost a month out and I haven’t had a migraine. I’ve never been so happy to only get a headache and be able to take over the counter meds instead of migraine pill. Thank you doesn’t express the gratitude I have.

Deff recommend to come here if any issues with sinuses. The surgery process and recovery is so smoothly as well. I was really in the best care of the dr and his staff! The receptionist and nurses were so nice and helpful with any concerns I had.

Dr Fewins was very helpful with my understanding as to what steps would be taken for my procedure and recovery. Can’t say enough about his staff. Horrible Communication! My one year old daughter was denied being seen at her apt time due to them not accepting her secondary insurance. I told the office staff she had the insurance Two Weeks before when they called to schedule and they did NOT say she couldn't be seen - simply asked for additional insurance information. Her PCP needs her to be seen ASAP and now they've wasted our time in getting her the care she needs now.

Absolutely no communication occurs in this office. Front desk does not want to do their job in a timely manner and has no regard for your health. This office is “still working” on my case TWELVE WEEKS LATER when I’ve already gotten it taken care of in a different office within 3 weeks.

I shouldn’t have to call several times to get a straight answer out of someone I am paying to take care of me. Doctor Fewins is great at his job, but his office staff are awful to work with.

Incredible patient experience. I arrived, filled out the paperwork, and they had me in within minutes. Dr. Fewins was very professional and personable. Overall, the entire process was very efficient and easy. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

I waited close to 2 months to be seen, and during my appointment I didn’t get to see the doctor. I was not told that my appointment would be with the NP instead. This was disappointing but the biggest disappointment was leaving feeling invalidated and with more questions than any answers.
My right ear has been an issue after 2 bouts of vertigo over the years, and a different NP at CVS had confirmed a retracted ear drum. This explained a lot of my symptoms I’d been experiencing particularly for the past 2 months. Following this, I’ve been using allergy medications and nasal spray to resolve this on my own until I saw this doctor. Before looking in my ear, the NP at this facility tells me that a retracted ear drum “does not occur acutely” and could not have caused my issues. So what was it then? No answers. How can you help? No answers. Deeply disappointed overall with this team. Yikes.

My daughter was sick for months and finally got a referral. Dr Fewins got us in fairly quick. My daughter needed adenoid/tonsils removal and tubes out in her ears. They did amazing with the surgery. The care she received start to finish was amazing. They showed they really cared about her well-being.

I recently had surgery with Dr. Fewins to correct a deviated septum, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Not only does my nose look better, but it also feels better than it has in years. Dr. Fewins was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process, and his bedside manner put me at ease.
But the benefits of this surgery don't stop there - it has also allowed me to finally become compliant with my CPAP machine, something I previously couldn't do due to nasal blockage.
Not only did Dr. Fewins provide excellent medical care, but he also has fantastic bedside manners. He was attentive, caring, and took the time to ensure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Dr. Fewins to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate surgeon. I called the office per reference of a hearing center. The lady who answered the phone was polite. Although the way things are structured makes no sense. I was told that they would be unable to schedule me without a "referral" that must be sent over from the office that referred me. I get that the doctor may only want referrals, yet I am a person that is needing help that was referred. So are many others. For us to be doing the work of the office staff is not our job. I was contacting the doctor as instructed. The office could easily request records, especially considering I was told the first available appointment would be 3 weeks out. Overall, I hope moving forward, your office is willing to treat people like people, not a number.

Your response is appreciated. Yet, it is not the "feeling" you stress that is the concern. It is the superiority that is the concern. Patients are coming to your facility in need of help. Not to be passed by considering a call to be helped is not enough. Especially in the regard that it is stressed by your office that only referrals are taken, not just anyone. Why are "people" that have not been referred worth less to your doctor?

Dr Fewins performed surgery for Sleep Apnea back in 2008. The surgery was successful and I have had no sinus or snoring problems for the last 15 years. Dr. Fewins gave me quality of life back. I would recommend him to anyone who needs this procedure.

Very grateful for the time and attention Dr. Fewins provided to me on my last visit. I have a complicated case that many doctors have worked on. Dr. Fewins provided a detailed and thoughtful explanation of possible courses of action and told me he would examine every single test and report I could provide him. I submitted over 20 pages of material! He told me to give him a week to review it and five days later his staff called me back with a referral for a test that he was the first to recommend. Really appreciate the time he gave me when it would have been very easy to brush me off as a lost cause.

Dr Fewins and his staff are so nice and welcoming. I came to him for a thyroid removal. He explains everything in terms you can understand. My surgery went well. Now one month post-op and I feel so much better. I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. If you need him be sure to give him a call and you will not be disappointed. Thank you again.
