Worst experience today- Michaela (I assume she was the manager) had a negative attitude towards me the moment I walked into the store. She said the fitting rooms were closed even though the sign said they were open. I asked her if I could do an exchange using my rewards, when she said yes I went back to the car to get my exchange. Then she said I couldn’t and when I reminded her of what she said, she told me that was incorrect. After trying on some shirts in front of a mirror, she asked me repeatedly if I put them back where they are supposed to go but because I don’t work there, I didn’t know exactly where to put them. The entire time it seemed like she had some personal vendetta against me and I don’t know what I did wrong.

Fitting rooms are open, super happy I can try on before buying since I've changed sizes during the past year!

Service amazing! The manager was super helpful and called multiple stores around houston to locate matching ties that we needed for my friend's wedding! We got there at 12pm and my friend was getting married at 3pm! She understood our situation and was urgent calling stores and locating the ties! Best express store I have been too

I saw a few tops online and they were on sale prices when I went in the store to take a look at them in person they said that they don’t honor the online prices which was odd because I know most of the stores do that.

The cashier was very nice here at EXPESS, Willowbrook yet at memorial city mall the cashier at Express is RUDE

Wasn’t told about leaving the tag on, for a gift. Turned out to be wrong size, low and behold I was rudely advised that I would unable to make a return on an item that is completely useless to the intended gift recepient. Really express? !? !? !?

Just to walk around to do window shopping as we are looking around at different clothing of different brands is nice with their colors too

The worst customer service. Had to wait 30 minutes for a reciept, because they gave it to the wrong person.

One of the best stores that carries most recent clothing trends.
Pricey but gives the value for money. Doesn't have much deals for bargain shoppers. All the promotions are still pricey

Worst customer service, no one around to help and register cashier was horrible customer service not happy to be there and clearly didn’t like her job so did the manager. They need a new staff ASAP will keep going to outlet mall instead
