Express, San Antonio TX

I would first of all like to thank estaban for helping my husband. His a very nise and very helpful and also is patient. Thank you estaban for helping us choose an outfit.

The staff was friendly. When i checked out, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons. She said “no” & gave me a coupon I could start using on 11/29. I got home, I had coupons that started 11/27. Called the store, explained the situation. She told me to hold on, I’m assuming she was going to ask the manager. Another employee picked up, which I’m sure was the store manager. She asked some questions, I answered them and was told I could bring my merchandise for a price adjustment. I asked for her name, politely, so I could reference her when I went for the price adjustment and she told me “YOU DON’T NEED TO KNOW THAT”…. WOW…. I said ok, thank you & I hung up. I’ve NEVER been told that before. WOW. I’m just going to return everything and will NEVER shop EXPRESS again! (and she’s hiring for the holidays. You don’t want to work with someone who speaks to her customers like that)

The staff member was very nice and helpful. He made it a point to go back and forth just to find exactly what I was looking for. Great customer service!
