Even though stores are not back to normal Express showed professionalism. There sanitation practices were great and the staff practiced every part of social distancing. Memorial sales are awesome!

I LOVE shopping at Express! All the worker's are so encouraging when I find a dress and need a second opinion and also so helpful in getting the right size if not on the floor! Will mever stop shopping here! Clothes are not only modest and appropriate but a reasonable price! Go check them out soon!

No one was working the registers and when I politely asked the fitting room lady if someone could check me out she interrupted me irritated and said "I'm comin'". She sighed heavily and then came over. That is not polite customer service.

I use to shop at express often. Since the opening of the tanger outlets I have not been to baybrook in years. Wow I was so disappointed, everything seemed so cheaply made and the prices are crazy! Who is going to spend $80 for a crappy cheap sweater!

I ordered a dress pant online and wen i went to return it they say they wont lay the full amount back and that they revised thejr return policy. They gave me only a partial refund

Inaccurate store hours posted online, especially on holidays. Call before you come. It is frustrating to show up and they are closed.

Was charged twice for one shirt by the lady manager even do I told her the debit card machine said approved and I even showed her my bank app and she looked at me like I was wrong. Next day I realized I was charged double I Drive back 35 min to the mall and all I get from the managers Darrel is a we can't do nothing contact our customer service. Really freaking upset because I buy there all the time
