Express Car Care, Houston TX

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I asked them to do a simple job for me, for one they tried to charge me equally as much as dealership. Almost caused an accident on the highway 3 days later. Cannot stress this enough, choose a different mechanic. Put your safety first.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Express Car Care! They are friendly, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Me and my husband have been taking our vehicles here for about 8 years and would not go anywhere else. Sorosh is always so nice and detailed about explaining things. Thank you guys for everything!

New to the area, and officially found my new standard car care shop. Fast, and friendly staff, very knowledgeable, and all around stellar experience.

I have been bringing my cars to Express car Care for 6 years now and I have never felt patronized or belittled or suspicious of their intent. Shirosh, Hamid and the others have always been gracious, forthright, and respectful of me and my time. They are HONEST. Three times in the past year I have brought my car in for tiny fixes: that hatch door lock was jammed, the plastic casing on the undercarriage was falling off, the folks who replaced the tires forgot to put all the bolts back on - and each time they made the fix right away and CHARGED ME NOTHING. As long as I live in Houston, I will never take my car anywhere else. These folks are truly the best.

I usually get my car serviced at the dealership, but I just needed a tire rotation, and the dealer charges too much for a simple job. Decided to try this mechanic shop, since it was close to me.

Great staff, quality work, and fair pricing I would highly recommend this mechanic or just a quick stop for oil change, tire pressure and fluids!

We had a not so pleasant experience a few weeks ago with one of the associates at this location. The owner stepped in and resolved the situation and the other members of the staff were extremely helpful as well. So we decided to give the location a second opportunity and again dealing with the same associate as the first time, it was just a combative, difficult individual to work with. I asked if the owner was around and was lied to at first by the same individual, that we were having the problem with, and upon asking another member of the staff we were directed to a auxiliary building on the property and when we got over there the person that we were having the problem with was already there, giving their side of the story, I guess. Needless to say the owner was not there and we did not stick around. We took our business elsewhere and had no problem, with the same exact information that we were giving to the associate that was so difficult at express car care. We don't leave very many negative reviews. But this one is well justified especially since we gave them a second chance.

These guys are amazing. They really value their customers and fast reliable service. Nop extra this or that. They open, transparent and tell ypu exactly what needs to be done. No BS. I will always go back.

My family and I have gone here for over 20 years. They are very knowledgeable and professional. They also seem to beat their repair estimates, which never happens to me at any other mechanic. Pricing is fair and reasonable, service is quick.

Very nice, smart, and knowledgeable. Only plave in town besides my dealership that could change a GV80.

They are extremely expensive for oil change! Paid 38$ for only oil change and they wanted me to pay 70 something but I refused and they kept arguing with me that I should not use a cheap oil. I couldn’t back off cause I did the mistake of pulling inside and they already drained the old oil.

The most professional group of people in the industry. They set bar higher then any others I've been too and thus, making my mind at ease knowing I'll be taken "Care" of.

I've been using this place for yearly inspection, excellent customer service. They offer complete auto service, for all makes and models. I highly recommend them.

I was in and out so quickly and it was convenient located near work. I'll definitely continue to come here. The staff was great!

Have tried this place many times and I finally decided to get over with it. Dont take me wrong, nice people and would be good for some basic works. But it is costing way more for more complex stuff.
