I've worked with alot of recruiters and placement agencies, Express was one of the best experiences I've had in my career. Very personable, transparent, and great communication.

I have over 15 years of customer service experience in call centers, each of which I have worked at for over 2-3 years, but I was just told that I had to have consistent experience working in call centers. When I told the lady I was speaking to that I had over 15 years of experience she changed it to “I had to have longevity at the call center”. I told her I worked at my first call center for 5 years. If she had looked at my resume I had consistently worked in call centers from 2008-2018. Then she said it had to be recent longevity. It seemed that she had an excuse for everything I said and they were being discriminatory

I have been working with Kristina and she’s been the most helpful and patient person that I have dealt with. I really have been inpatient trying to find a job but finally I found something thru the help of her. If you need a job reach out to Kristina and she will do her best to find you something.

Completely disappointed in Kristina Trevino and her professionalism. When contacting my designated representative in regards to employment hours, I was advised to not contact them during my work hours which is Mon-Fri 9-5 or 6 to finish. I am flabbergasted that that is the response I receive when inquiring about my time and pay. This should be addressed immediately if you want to continue keeping hard working individuals in your company!
