Express Laundry Center Washateria & Laundromat, Conroe TX

I love this laundromat! It is impeccably clean, and the machines run by card. There are lots of different size machines. The coin machine works great! It did not stiff me. I am really happy I went to this one to clean the comforter.
I will come back to this laundromat!

I want to recognize Patricia as an incredible employee at this facility. She was so helpful, explanatory about using the payment system, machines and her work ethic is unbelievable. I was here for about two hours, and she was working the entire time. She was cleaning floors, cleaning the washers and disinfecting every surface in the facility. The place is beautiful and she is wonderful!

The laundry was very clean it opened on time and the staff person Candice P. Was extremely helpful. Best laundry service in conroe.

I only had quarters with me because this was my first time going there. I finished loading my clothes into the washing machine and then I saw the sign about a wash card, when I told the old white lady working there, she told me that quarters is not cash and I couldn't buy a card unless I had cash.what? So I left to another place that does accept quarters and the people working there were nicer!

Well oiled machine with many washers and dryers in small, medium and lastly large. A Busy place but not a problem.

I usually come here once a week and never have any problems i came today 09/18/23 around 11: 45am an employee candis b was extremely rude she had said eww those stink and asked what is it cigarette smell i replied with probaly we are there to wash them she then goes on to commenting on my "funny looking" baskets then says she needs to santitize our basket customers go there to have clean clothes i have read all the reviews today and the only employee that anyone complains about is this lady this lady needs to be fired she is rude and inconsiderate this buisness will lose tons of customers because of this and eventually face a lawsuit i asked her for the number to file a complaint she stated she would call right now i told her she could just write it down she gave me the number to the washateria i really hope she has consequences but from the previous reviews itll just be dusted under the rug if she isnt fired this is the last time ill wash clothes here! And ill be reporting this!

Today the one lady and the older lady that works here she's very rude today.and the restroom are out of order.the washer they take cash today so don't go to day.

This is my 3rd trip at this location on 105 in Conroe, always clean and the rmoyees are very helpful and kind. You guys keep doing what you do

Very clean, very nice and very convenient. Mr. Terry is very helpful and polite. I've been going there since it opened.

Large washing and large driers, you pay with credit card, no cash nessassary, open till 9.
