Express MD Urgent Care, Pflugerville TX

I get the Dr that isn’t very interested in my back spasm. Literally had to suggest she look at swelling after sitting across from her in chair. No after care suggestions, no feel better.

Dr. Asamoah and all the Express MD staff were caring, kind and understanding. They listened, advised and ready to assist with all aspects of my treatment. I’m thankful for the great care they provided me.

Great service, a bit of a wait but well worth it, as when your time comes you are thoroughly looked at and helped. I highly recommend!

The front desk lady named Stacy was so welcoming as soon as I walked in. She was able to answer all my questions and help me through paperwork. Super friendly lady!:)

Very polite and courteous. Everyone introduced themselves and made it fun with conversation. That’s a lot better than an examination where you may wait a bit but know one remembers your there. Not at ExpressMD Urgent Care in Pflugerville.

The staff was really fast and knowledgeable and not to mention very polite Brandy with above and beyond to ensure all my customer needs were met I would recommend this company to anyone that want world class service for all your needs

I have been here several times and the staff is always friendly, helpful and professional.

I went to this location for a DOT exam. The staff went out of their to ensure I was taken care of efficiently. Jasmine and staff provide A1 customer service and everyone displays genuine professionalism. Love it. Tha KS everyone!

Go somewhere else! These people will tell you at the front desk that you’ll be notified before any work is done that isn’t covered by your visit charge but then they don’t tell you & just hand you additional charges on the way out. They also did not check my child out very thoroughly. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of care.

Took my kid in for an allergic reaction and we ended up waiting over an hour to be seen, while they saw people who came in after us. They didn't even examine my kid and were only good for the epipen prescription. Not going back here again if I can help it.

I have been there 2x in 3 days. Fever of 102. The first visit, the most they did was offer migraine meds and Tylenol. Tested for flu and covid. Good deal. My issue is with my second visit. The NP seemed irritated with me asking for more test to be ran. They tested for mono. When she came into my room she started talking about a negative strep test.something they did not test for because i didnt have the symptoms for that. When i explained that i had not been tested for strep she seemed irritated. Offered different medications for the headachs and elevated temp with no diagnosis. When the mono test came back the paper reads positive yet inconclusive which is confusing. Their final advice for treatment was to stop taking the original prescription and take Tylenol and that they wished me the best. Very disappointing visit.

As a Brit abroad I ended up here with an infected finger. They were prompt courteous and professional, couldn't fault them.
The reception staff were great and Candice (my doctor) was excellent.
Had to go back two days later as it had worsened, but the same doctor drained it and dressed it. Now on the mend and enjoying time with family.

I took my little one in today after an accident at school, to get some stitches on her face.

While we were waiting the front office staff got us more ice because what we had brought had melted.

She commented on how gentle Nurse John and Dr. A were with her and her cut. She was terrified of getting stitches, but I was really impressed with how Dr. A handled the situation, keeping her as calm as possible and keeping her little hands from touching her face while he was working. Once he was done she hopped off the bed and walked out, back to her normal self. She was cleared to go back to school, and even the principal commented on how high her spirits were after what could have been traumatizing.

It easily could have been a horrible, miserable experience, but the staff really was amazing, quick and efficient, professional, and kind. Thank you.

Lm said repeatedly how gentle both Nurse John and Dr. A WERE. SHE REALLY APPRECIATED everyone. It was great as a parent to a little one getting her first stitches to have such a positive experience. She said it was her favorite "doctor's office"

Had a great experience coming here for my sprained wrist. The receptionist was very helpful with finding my insurance info cuz I wasn’t smart enough to bring the right card with me. The service was quick and ultimately helped get my wrist healed up. Highly recommend.

I thought I was recovering from something, but after a night of chills and fever, my wife kept taking my temp. She drove me to Express MD Urgent care, where they quickly determined my immediate condition was beyond them, told me I should go right away to Emergency, which I did. Turns out, this was not COVID, I was in sepsis, diagnosed with pneumonia, unknown internal infections, a life threatening situation. Time mattered. Emergency admitted me to hospital, kept me 4 days. Would I recommend Express MD in Pflugerville? Yes. Their quick determination to get me the level of care I needed probably involved some humility on their part, but it may have also saved my life. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Casey, Andrea and Megan were so kind and caring of my situation two days ago and last year in September.
I actually left a place that was closer to my house because they were so unprofessional. I remembered the great experience I had in the past and I drove the extra mile and I'm so glad I did.
