For the past two years I’ve been coming here for oil changes because they are quick and I get to stay in my vehicle. This is super helpful if I have the kids with me! (Plus, the techs are entertaining to watch/listen to. Conversations are clean and generally shop talk, but still. Lol) I’m not sure if it’s my luck, but I always deal with Jorge…or maybe he’s the only one that’s left an impression. He’s polite and not pushy with the upsells. I really appreciate that.

Jorge was very nice and helpful. The turn around time was quick. If you’re looking for convenience and quality work, this is the place to come.

Today I went in for a oil change and had been having a very bad day, a staff member who was assisting me "Jorge" saw I was in tears and brought me tissue and a water bottle. Thanks soo much for your kindness your gesture made my evening. Loyal customer here and definitely recommend this location.

Walked in for service and no one ever came out to help. I stood in their lobby for several minutes and nothing. I walked out

Took my car for an oil change and a state inspection. They rolled my back window down for no reason and when my window didn’t roll back up they wanted to charge me $119.00 to roll it back up for me. Why would I pay for them to roll my window back up when it should not have been rolled down in the first place. Even the manager Hector stated that the window did not need to be rolled down yet he refused to rectify their mistake. Wanting to charge me $119.00 to roll it up or $310.00 to fix it is unacceptable. This is not how you treat a loyal customer that has been going there for years. This is horrible customer service. If you do something wrong then the right thing to do is make it right.

Great customer service the staff is always friendly. The new manager Hector is great to work, has a lot of patients kindly dumbs it down for those who aren’t familiar with part replacements like me.

They took care of my problem for me. They told me what I needed and even aloud me to get the parts myself. Now that's service with a smile. I love having a part in working on my truck and most shops won't let you. The work I do I have to keep moving thank you all for helping with that.
