Express Tire & Wheels, Kaufman TX

I woke up to a flat tire and needed to get to work, thought I'd support a local business and get my problem solved at the same time. They told me I needed a patch and had me pay $5. By the time I got off work my tire was flat again. Turns out I paid $5 for them to air up my flat tire. Called to resolve the issue and nothing has been resolved. $5 isn't anything, but the principle is everything.

My experience here at express tire was amazing, 10/10! The service was quick. The team on deck was very kind and friendly. This is my 5th time coming here and every time I’m satisfied.

Purchased 5 tires on a Saturday. Came back on the scheduled next Saturday to have them installed and was told they were sold and they didn't have them.will never do business there again.

Their prices are out of control now. $15 for a patch is ridiculous. They want way too much for used tires.

I would give them ten stars if possible! Developed a leak in a tire on the way to the airport. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Great experience!

Got two new "used" tires from these guys. 45ea. One blew within about a week of install. Messed up my front end. I had to replace the Angle sensor 80bucks. Less than a mth after initial purchase, the 2nd tire blew. That's it on the road this morning. They sale poor used tires. Admittedly when the 1st one blew they replaced it right away, I inspected it after I got home and it was dry rotted and it made me look at the other one and it was cracking (I'd planned on replacing it once I saw that). A week or so later, it blew.it costed me a total of 170 dollars and I still don't really have tires for my car, so it'll cost me another 160 to buy two brand new tires.twice as much, plus time and anguish. DON'T BUY USED TIRES THERE. My regular mechanic (been with him 20yrs) gave me two used tires 50ea and they lasted me well over a year, they're the ones I replaced because they were finally loosing tread so it was time. Bad tires is DANGEROUS! Especially on the front. DON'T BUY USED TIRES HERE!

Always polite. Good service. Use them regularly. Recently had to get tractor tires. They ordered them, had them the next morning, and mounted them. Excellent service, no hassle. All cards and cash.
