You can spend over $100 here and they are going to be pushy about a tip. If you need your tips then include it in your pricing.

Paid $70+ for my acrylic nails to only last 6 days. All my nails completely came off. Won’t be back.

Not worth the time or money staff very low energy 2 star service with 5 star pricing not a good mix

Bad experience. Was not offered anything to drink it’s supposed to be complementary but not for this black lady very racist and rude. Messed up my feet. Just plain unprofessional will not ever go back. Not even from San Antonio but they gave me really bad service. How you going to half paint someone’s toes. Really

My waxing was wonderful but my pedicure and full set was trash a week in and my nails started falling off and my polish is coming off my toes!

I went in for a pedicure and dip powder set. My daughter had a mani and pedicure …. She’s five so her service I was completely satisfied with. Mine, I was not satisfied. While my pedicure was wonderful, I did not appreciate having my pedicure done and then having my powder set done at the same time. It makes it hard to enjoy the experience. Also to begin, the nail was buffed and tips applied without any form of cuticle care. I said nothing as I thought for sure this would happen at some point. Imagine my surprise when it didn’t. To make matters worse, the nails were crooked. Please do better be sure your clients are comfortable with what you are about to do.

Ms. Tina is EVERYTHING! I don’t ask for much when I’m there, but it’s me and she knows exactly what I want, asks about my family and just love her energy! Thank you, Tina for being you!

I went to this nail shop to enjoy an experience with my friends. After we walked in the business, we were asked what would we like done. We explained everything to them. After we explained what we wanted done to 1 associate. Within 3 minutes we had another associate come and ask the same questions. There was not any communication on their end.

After getting our pedicure: my friends toe nail polish was coming off within a day. She did receive a gel set.

I did not receive a full service for what I was supposed to get. I did not get my hot towels on my legs. 1 foot did not get cared for like I intended as far as them using to the tools to get the calluses off of my feet.

The list goes on. But unfortunately this was not a good experience for my friends and I.

Nails looked so bad, crooked and so far from the base of the nail. I called and they said to reach out to the manager. I reached out and she never responded to calls or texts. Terrible place that robs customers.

Love this salon very clean and friendly atmosphere. Ms. Vicky is absolutely amazing and never disappoints.

Went to get pedicure told tech I wanted my cuticles trimmed, I said that’s all, he said you want a manicure too I said no just my cuticles, he did my pedicure in about 20 minutes which is short timeframe, didn’t do much with my feet. When I went to pay they charged me 18 dollars for trimming which is the price of a manicure. I told him you didn’t do a manicure, it took you 3 minutes to do my hand. He didn’t seem to care that I was not happy. The manager came and she also said he did manicure I said no he didn’t yet she continued to say I was still going to have to pay 18. I told them it wasn’t right since I know I didn’t get a manicure.
At other salons I had the same thing done and the average price has been 5 dollars
They did not do what they charged me for
It’s my fault for not asking how much the simple service would cost me
I will never go there again
