Extended Stay America - Dallas - Las Colinas - Carnaby St, Irving TX

This hotel is very unreliable. We booked a room one week ahead to make sure our plan was squared away. They ended up calling us right before our check in date telling us they cannot accommodate our stay and we had to figure something out. I do not recommend this place, its a waste of your time.

This is one of the best location around Dallas. I've stayed here for about 8 months now and haven't had any problems. The staff here are always nice and in a good mood. Don't you just love when people show you that they appreciate you everyday for being a valued guest.
The rooms are always clean, I swear that cleaning lady does her job all so well, Thank you Carnaby Extended stay for treating me like a valued guest. Will most def recommend to my friends.

I stayed with my husband and I must say Troy is one of the most hard working males I’ve seen in the hotel business. I’ve seen him clean rooms, pull trash, and still be able to keep a smile on his face whomever has him as an employee is lucky and should be thankful for him.
You all keep of the god work.

The staff, the rooms and the environment and area were great! The one issue that we had was no fault of ESA, but was resolved in a timely fashion and with great satisfaction! Just booked to stay for another week today! I recommend this to anyone in need of an extended stay in the Irving area!

I was a little disappointed when I saw no drinking glasses or plates. Nor was there any pots and pans. No utensils! Come to find out that you have to call the front desk to get them.

Clean. Booked through 3rd party and ended up reserving next day. No refund policy. CHECK DATE BEFORE FINALIZING.

Clean rooms, room size aren't bad for short term stays but extended stay rooms a bit cramped, rooms have a stove sink and microwave and full size fridge but no oven, friendly staff, daily house keeping, plenty of parking fast food and gas station lacated near by

Great customer service but dirty bath rooms. The hotel was out of everything! Bathrooms need to be bleached! Mold all over tub.

Didn't have any cookware or dishes at all. The whole point of staying at an extended stay is the luxury of having a kitchen but they couldnt even provide me with the kitchen supplies that they offer. The room was super tiny but clean.

Not a friendly atmosphere at all. When I went in the lady at the reception said her key issuer is not working she needs to come in and give access to the room each and every time I leave. I'm not happy with that and when I requested her to look for a room for me at some other branch nearby she said go look myself. Very unhappy.

Internet is way too slow, the speed test came out under 1Mbps. Other than that the other things are good.

We came here late at night to check in. I had made reservations and called to make sure we could check in late. They said we could, and they would honor our reservation. When we arrived, we were told that they were full, and couldn't accommodate us. A call to customer support and we found out the reservation was cancelled by them without notice. 1 am and we had to find another place to stay. Terrible service. Would not trust this place in the future.

Booked 3 weeks in advance. Arrived on site and found out hotel was overbooked for 3+ days with no rooms available at 11pm. Received no advanced warning. Do not stay with this hotel, they do not honor reservations.

It's a fee to check in early, just an hour? Room was comfortable however TV reception horrible and housekeeping did Not do well with the bathroom. No silverware or dishes? Is there a fee? Staff was nice but room ehhh

Friendly service unfortunately no handicap rooms available to accomodate my friend and he had difficulty going up and down the stairs. Other than that my visit was good.

I am undergoing nightmarish experience for last 25 days. I am still staying here. Staff especially General Manager Ms Sashe Jones is extremely arrogant, rude, careless, irresponsible, unhelpful. Because of limit of characters (sentences) I am unable to narrate my complete experience. But the hotel staff is here too loot & cheat you. They don't provide breakfast even though they mention giving the same (grab n go). Rooms are not cleaned, smell filthy, you have to buy your own toilet papers, facial tissues. I am scared to stay for 3 more days, here because of their staff. I would ask the readers not to make a mistake of booking this hotel even for a day. Staff is expert in telling lies. My phone is disconnected for last more than 8 days, despite several complaints, it was not replaces/restored.
