Good value hotel, fairly clean and staff is helpful. Had problems everyday with key card. I’ve stayed at other ESA’s and this one is probably a little nicer than others though.

Already not impressed at all. I have a reservation made and I have been standing outside waiting for someone to unlock the door so I can check in. I’ve called this place at least four times. Does anyone even work here? !? Huge inconvenience for someone who just got off work and would like to just be able to rest. At this point if I could give no stars, I would.

All staff members are friendly and great. Affordable, safe and convenient hotel near everything you need in the north side

Absolutely the best staff that I have had the pleaseure of having at a hotel. Always courteous, knowing great recommendations for the area.

No wi fi they charge 1 dollar if you need more speed and the signal is weak in te 3rd floor the front desk don't answer the phone!

Wifi never works. Checked everyday with front deck with every info checked. Just not work?
Had to activate room card everyday. Cant get into hotel and room in the late night. Please just check and upgrade your system.

Bad experience here I stayed over 3 weeks. Bad customer service, stuff is not friendly at all. They don't clean your room or give you any kind of service! And expect to see roaches everyday. Check below image poated! AC turns off automatically the moment you leave your room so when you come back expect a very hot room waiting for you!

My room was not smoking but it smells cigarettes and Marijuana. Btw you will smell Marijuana in the corridors everyday!

If you want this specific location then this is the cheapest in the area even though they change their price everyday or sometimes at the same day.

The people at the front desk were cool. However the hotel needs to renovate with new carpet beds sheets etc and exterminate! There are roaches fleas and bed bugs! I have bite marks on my upper and lower body! I paid upfront and won’t see a refund because I didn’t check out before 11am! So don’t pay upfront and triple check your room before you bring your belongings in!

Very lovely view on the third floor overlooking the city. The people were lovely who checked me in. Very kind. I would recommend this place to anybody.

It was awful, trash all over outside, trash in the hallway, dirty sheets, sticky floors, and cockroaches. This place is not for anyone who is on a vacation from out of state.

If you've been to one extended stay you've been to them all, but That's not to say its inadequate or a run down hotel. It was a good location. Had designated smoking area and non smoking building. They offered breakfast too. Wasn't anything different from a corner store stop of food.

Id love to give them 0-stars but thats not an option. The manager here is incompetent. Canceled our booking. Chris, another staff, beyond incapable and should not work here. He GAVE US A KEY TO ANOTHER PERSONS ROOM. He is the only staff on early mornings and could not process a refund. Never staying at a Extended stay unless you want your room to be opened by a random person too

This place does not even deserve to be acknowledged as an extended stay the employees are so scared to work there they keep their front lobby doors locked at all times that is the first time I have ever went into a hotel at 3: 00 in the afternoon in the lobby doors were locked that right there tells me that they are scared there must be high crime rate and a lot of dangerous people running around there so I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody that has in regard for her safety or their families

My experience with Extended Stay America was great. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very helpful. I have no complaints. The next time I'm in Texas, I will book a room with Extended Stay America.

The first king room was ok.the next room queen bed i saw 2 roaches the sheets are thin i just felt uncomfortable and was ready.

I have lived at this location for 16 months and everything is fine.its in a cozy location near many 24 hour restaurants, as well as its got a kitchen. I work at night so this is important. I have lived at 5 different places like this since i was homeless in 2018 following hurricane harvey, and not until I stayed here was I able to keep a job, purchase my first brand new car, have the privacy I need to pray and write my music, and also have my children on the weekend without a thought for their safety being an issue. I have read a few of these reviews and my rebuttal is that nothing on this earth is perfect, but I have achieved the most perfection in my life while residing at this place. I had an issue with a person smoking in the room next to me and after reporting it, checks were done and that issue was dealt with. I truly love the staff here and I feel like they love me as well, Diana, and Xio are who I mostly see, but the 2nd shift guys have always been kind, and the 3rd shift as well. I appreciate the smiles you all have. Oh yeah and i get mail here as well.truly a place like home.
