This wonderful lady had such a great attitude so late at night after working all day she helped me check in for my very first solo stay and she made me feel welcome her patience is amazing. Thank you Mrs Shelia. Keep that amazing smile and attitude.

It offers very little for the price the rooms and beds are very small and cost the same as other better and bigger hotels

Saw a roach in the room, if it wasn't for that it would've been a great stay. The stuff is super friendly. Also, there's no hairdryer in the room so had to pick it up at the reception each time I took a shower.

I was very sick so had to stop and stay.but front desk was very nice the room was clean and the hotel itself looks good.thank you very much hope next time I will be feeling better

OMG where do I begin. This place just feels bad all around. The room is gross and outdated. From what I understand there is a lot drug activity going on here. Why are there so many people sitting in their cars all night in the parking lot?
Anyway avoid this filthy place. Unless you need drugs cuz it seems to be a big exchange center for everything. You've been warned.
(I didn't even mention the bed bugs)

Had no drinks in Machine, no working ice machine. 63.00 a night. Couldn't check in until after 3p check out 11a. Didnt stay. This bad when you are in Round Rock Tx.

Super dirty, smelly, poorly maintained, lack of a reasonable supply of toiletries and towles, but it's cheap for a room.

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in.they don't clean the rooms and when you ask for housecleaning the tell you that you have to stay for 7 days so they can clean your room. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Cockroaches, no room service unless you stay 7 days, you're expected to take your own trash out, just dirty all around

We stay here all the time when we come down for doc visits. Staff is always friendly, the building is becoming a little rundown but nothing a few touch ups wont fix.

The round rock location is difficult to maneuver. Terrible access off the interstate and not enough parking spaces. The woman working the front desk was extremely rude and not helpful at all. We canceled our reservation due to these problems and will never frequent this establishment again.

The rooms not remodeled, the linen looks old, i believe the check-in policy need to be changed as for 3pm, not all the guests will stay check-out at 11am, alot of them leaving about 8 am, so nothing will happen if you check in the guest early if the room available.

Where can I start? Suffice to say; Stay far away and don't pay for a stay at Extended Stay! No joke!

This place is full of drug addicts and they even give keys to rooms out to anyone who asks. I don't feel safe there at all.

We had a really good experience here. The outside of the back of the building has very little to be desired. Kind of trashy looking. But other than that the staff was wonderful, the room was perfect. And we enjoyed our stay there.

It is worst smelling hotel I have ever stayed. There are stains all over the carpet and furniture. I had very bad experience with its customers service. Stay away!
