Great experience. From my first call to my exit, it was such an easy process. Eric and his manager were very professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I would give this zero stars if it was possible. TRASH management. The entire first floor flooded all of the units and management did nothing but try to sell a 2nd floor unit to me and offer a 25% discount on cardboard boxes to box up our ruined belongings.

DO NOT STORE YOUR THINGS HERE.

My experience at SurePoint storage is one of the best. I have used other storage facilities in Louisiana and other states. Never a good experience. The staff here in Richmond is all about customer service and helping. I strongly recommend. Very clean facility.

Our experience with the storage unit was great. We were there for over a year and a half even before they were SurePoint. We moved back into our house in November of 2020 and didn’t need the storage unit anymore. I removed the last few things we had in the unit on December 2 of 2020 and went to the office to check out. The man in front was great. Polite and very friendly. He told me all was good and there was nothing else I needed to do. When I checked my bank account later I was that I was charged for the month of December. I called and spoke to them and they did say that I was charged and weren’t sure what happened. I have called several times and have been told that a manager would have to approve the refund and they would call me back. That was before Christmas and I haven’t heard from the manager. They a friendly but not very responsive. Hate that this has happened to ruin an otherwise, pleasant experience.

SurePoint Storage is AHHHMAZING! The facilities are always impeccably CLEAN + the staff is super friendly + helpful! Rented a second storage unit today + Rodgers was so courteous + helpful! HIGHLY recommend them for all of your extra storage space needs!

I booked online storage at Pointe Circ Richmond. As per the email received from the Extra Space Storage, the storage manager was supposed to call me followed by sending a link to complete the lease contract etc. I didnt receive either. Had to call them 4 times without any resolution. Finally, got hold of the Store manager who said he cant send the link and had no clue about the standard email I received from the Extra Space storage. He then agreed to complete the rental over phone. I passed on all details including the credit card particulars just to find out that my rental has started with immediate effect while I had reserved for one week later. The manager said he cant do anything now. In short, the reservation/ rental experience was not pleasant and a big hassle. I wonder how such big names work so unprofessionally. Even the staff didnt know what to do in case the store manager doesnt call.

Before renting this storage, I visited the store just to find out there is no one available there. Called the customers service to find out that the manager had to go somewhere that day. Therefore, no one can attend me. I havent yet physically moved my stuff. Hence, the saga might go on.

Pretty clean for the most part! Staff is very nice. I gave it a 4, because I went to another storage place before I rented my second unit here and it was cold in there felt so good. So I'm thinking of moving because I would rather a cooler storage.
