I made a reservation online. The lady called me to finalize everything. She made it very easy and quick. When I went to pick my keys up I had the pleasure of meeting her. Very professional and so friendly! I wish I could recall her name because she definitely deserves a shout-out. Young lady, long dark hair. The premises and unit were clean and gated and plenty of cameras, looked to be a secure location.

I've rented a 10x15 for the past 3 years. My payments started at $89. Then it went to $130 after a year. I've decided to remove. Y items after they raised it to $200

The front clerk (Monica) was very helpful and the service was awesome. She explained the pricing, the rates and different sizes. Very friendly customer service.

They are friendly there. Only thing I hate is if we cant get to our storage b4 10 we cant get nothing out or put anything in. She works and it's hard to get there something b4 10

Monica was very helpful and so polite. Even if I unfortunately wasn't ready to pay for the unit just then she still had plenty of information provided, I decided right then I didn't want to go anywhere else. Answering all my questions before I even asked them and returning my call in a timely fashion ️ love it! It definitely helped ease my mind in my move (which everyone knows is hardly ever fun, back breaking and exhausting) Thank you Monica and I hope I make it in time for that first month deal!

My experience here has been amazing the young lady Monica that attended me yesterday had the most warming attitude very nice. It's very important that you have good public relations with your clients or customers, it leaves a very good and outstanding impression of the place I give it a thumbs up for sure Thank you Monica for making me feel like I matter and keeping my belongings is very important as well.
