The process was a breeze. Employees were nice and helpful. They helped me find a unit within my budget to meet our needs. It's handicapped accessible. The units are spacious. They have a lift for the upstairs units. The paved areas are wide and easy to get large vehicles through as well as two parked side by side. They have dollies available for use in some unit areas. Their prices are reasonable and it's month to month.

Never is it a good thing in a Customer Relation occupation for any employee, especially Management to display rude, condescending and unprofessional behavior; then blame it on being from another State (New Jersey), while insinuating that we Texans "beat around the bush". Actions such as that are an insult to those of us within this State. Giving proper respect is a matter of upbringing, it has no bearing on what geographical part of this nation one hails from. Respect begets respect.

I was recently doing business with the Euless location and Dwayne helped me out. He was extremely professional, had a great attitude and was very helpful. I witnessed hem handle a tough client of whom was very unpleasant towards him. Again he remained composed, polite and professional, which goes a long way with me! Definitely deserves a raise but highly recommend working with this location!

I’ve used Extra Space Storage in the past (I actually have a unit in another location as well) but this was my first time at this location. They are universally well kept, reasonable, convenient, and safe. This experience was excellent. What I will say is you should check web pricing before you go because it’s often significantly cheaper and they can’t see that at the store. But if you do your homework ahead of time then this is the best self-storage option around.

I chose this place because of all the positive reviews. It did not disappoint. The manager, Michael Rodriguez, was kind and patient with my questions. The facility was extremely clean as well as the climate controlled units. I'm glad I trusted the reviews. I definitely recommend this storage company.
