A. T.of Customer Service. He is caring, accommodating, and effective! He helped me and my son with my move, gave a GREAT upsale to a climate control unit based on my needs/property, and very understanding! This man is amazing at his job.

Best storage I have ever used very clean and reasonable prices. Only takes minutes to sign in employees are easy to deal with.

Rooms always stayed cool, property always stayed clean, and in addition to a affordable storage, the customer service was always 5 stars (especially Benjamin who was remained helpful and attentive).

This place has the best rates in town and is so clean it looks like it is brand new! The customer service is great, I got all the help I needed. The entrance and exit protocols are high tech- can do it from your phone. Highly recommend!

Great location and manager! The units are clean and well-maintained. The front gate is always working and secured and it’s well lit. The gate and my unit are all controlled through an app so I can easily share access with agents on my team.

I had the best experience with Victoria I have used other storage facilities in the past and never have I ever had the service that I received when I called the location to get a storage. She was very knowledgeable and able to answer any questions and was even available to show me the storage in person.

Very helpful. Rental process was good. I did one online and one in person. They were both easy. The app makes entry to the gate and the unit trouble free. The manager always addressed any issues and resolved them quickly.

I've had the best experience with Extra Space storage. No issues ever with the getting in and out. Lots of space! So much that I can back my van in to the door of the unit and other vehicles can still pass by easily. They sell great locks, I highly recommend purchasing one from them. My unit got full while I was in between houses and Benjamin found me another unit only a few doors down from the one I already had. So convenient! They are easy to get ahold of and always open during business hours. I never show up today find a sign on the door saying closed for the day like I have experienced at other storage units. If I need something they are ready to help. I give them a 10 out of 10!
