I’ve used the Grapevine location for over 6 years. They took good care of our belongings and I have always found the staff to be professional, helpful and friendly. We are clearing out our unit now and dealing with the team member during this end of rental phase has been no different.

Something that is missing from these reviews. The fact that three weeks ago I bought a storage inside and yesterday Aug 28,2023, I find I was broken into and all my stuff has been pilfered and stolen. Come to find out, I am one of many this month!
I am always an understanding person but I’ve been trying to catch the thieves in the only way I know how, through helping them look up camera footage. Giving them times that I was there. By telling them stuff that was taken. I’ve been put on a back burner. Not acceptable!
Way too much to explain but please do not rent here. Or any Extra Space Storage facilities if this is how they run their business.
Having a nice staff does not keep my belongings safe and secure. So disappointed

It was easy for me too look at my storage space easy payment online wasn't stress on me at all I am happy with my storage space it was clean and ready for my things to go inside. The only thing was my lock wasn't there inside the storage had to get a lock but I think those locks are the best security for the unit. Thanks Mrs. Barbara. And the worker the was very nice and friendly understanding.
