The facility is clean and Shum assistant Mgr.was very nice and polite and explained all information in detail. We rented a climate controlled unit because of the items to be stored. The building was hot and we were told that the AC was being repaired. Hopefully it will be resolved soon due to quality items that are being stored.

Duncan was very friendly, informative, and helpful. It was so easy setting up my storage unit. Very understanding and accommodating! Also, the property is so clean with no debris or stench in sight. So happy to use this facility.

Ricky was great and very professional. Even though he had someone watching over his shoulder, he held his composure and stayed very professional. I was told that the lock was already in the storage, however it wasn't and Ricky told me to just stay there and he would go and get me a lock. Ricky is the greatest. Thanks
