Bait and switching on pricing. Increased over $70 for RV spot that isn't even level. Switched to smaller spot and magically within a few months another large price increase. Not close to market pricing for not many level spots. Plenty of other options in the area. & know it all local manager a headache to deal with.

All went great for the 3 years we had a climate controlled unit. Mainly our kids stuff while they were in college and getting settled afterwards. Our time there was pretty uneventful, which is probably what you want from a storage facility. Kudos to Wes our on-site Manager. He answered and helped with any questions we had from time to time! Thanks again Wes and Extra Space Storage!

Price skyrocket high for a medium unit. Doesn’t care about us loyalty customers and want us to move out by jacking price up without any mail or notices. I wouldn’t recommend unless you want your money gone. Go to different storage, not extra space aka extra money storage. Very disappointed.

Clean units, price is nice but front desk in person help is scant at best. Wanted to see units prior to renting but no one available to show units even though it was during office hours.

Great place for all of your things. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable to help you figure out what size you need. Prices were also very fair. Highly recommend using them for your things

Easy online process with a free 30 day first month rental was a big seller to me and location was also a factor which fit my needs
