I have being keeping my boat and trailer here since the storage facility opened. Great facility and professional staff. Always safe and I’ve never had or heard of anyone who had a security issue. I only left because I put my boat in a Marina slip for a year. Thanks guys! Great team.

Managers have always been helpful every time I go in. Courtney and Tiffany are top notch. I do wish they would notify of rate increases via email rather than mail but otherwise good experience.

Our unit is infested with spiders and rodents and our furniture is covered in rodent feces. We still have a unit because we don’t have anywhere to dump the couch we no longer want. They raised 1 unit from 110 to 183 without notice.

I have use other storage places before and this place by far beat out others in price & cleanliness! Courtney was very kind & professional. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Rented a 10x20 storage space and have not moved in quite yet. Courtney was very friendly and professional setting my account up and answered all my questions efficiently. She said they would have my storage unit swept out before I unloaded. My first impression of Extra Space Storage is excellent, now we'll see how the storage part goes.

This place is affordable and the process is easy. It basically runs itself and there is someone on site if you need assistance.

My experience at Extra Space Storage in Royse City was great. Everytime I needed to pick up or drop off, the facility along with the restrooms were clean and tidy. The employees Tiffani and Courtney always greeted me with smiles. They would also ask if they can help with anything. Providing amazing customer service.
