Been coming to this location for a few years now, the name on the sign may have change but the service you receive when you walk through the door hasn’t. I believe it Hilda is her name that is always going above and beyond to ensure I have what I need for my unit.

We decided to move our belongings from small storage space to larger space. Without hesitation, Extra Storage staff promply accommodated us the same day as requested. Great customer service.

I appreciated the quality customer service from the Extra Space Storage location at 1620 S Interstate 35 in San Marcos, Tx. There were challenges with a new computer system that required more time to complete the application and payment process. The staff remained professional, called for assistance and managed the challenges while reassuring me as the customer that all efforts were being made to meet my needs. There was even relief with some humor despite the circumstances. Both ladies should receive recognition and employee incentives from Extra Space Storage for their services.

Extremely unprofessional. I scheduled an interview for an assistant manager position they've now rescheduled twice. If this is any indication of what working for this company will be like, I'll pass. $17 an hour is barely a liveable wage and with such unprofessional behavior it's shocking they have anyone employed.

The facility is old, doors would not stay propped open, and there was no signage to find my unit. I was frustrated but the lady in the office was very friendly. She said that they just got bought and renovations are coming.

Renting with Extra Space has been such an easy process. I had no issues and if there was any issues, Hilda was super helpful. I'd definitely recommend them if you are looking for a place to store.
