I do not advise getting auto loans through them, they do not send you a release of lein or release the lein electronically once it is paid off. My car is totaled due to hail and I paid it off 3 years ago. Extraco is still showing as the lein holder in thesystem and my insurance won't provide me anything without the release of lein. The "best" Extraco can do i mail it to me through the regular post office so now I have to wait 7-10 days to get my insurance sorted. I'm very frustrated as this should have been taken care of 3 years ago. When I've called extraco I am met with coldness and zero sympathy, desire to help, or apology. I have been a customer for over 15 years and will likely close my accounts over the way I was treated and the loan was handled.

Christina is the best relationship banker that I have experienced at Extraco! She is amazing!

I visited the Extraco bank in Temple today. From the moment I walked in, the person at the front desk was so friendly and outgoing. She informed me of the short time expectation that I would wait for the service I needed. When I went and met with Sandra Martel, I was immediately greeted with such caring and helpfulness from her. She was very nice, kind, and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for a better banker to work with. Thank you for your supportive demeanor and expertise. I would definitely recommend this bank and her services.
