Exxon / EXPRESS FUEL #8, Houston TX

One of the male workers is very rude every time me and my little cousin walk in there he has an attitude and always rolling his eyes and when she asks him about how much something cost he give her an high price for a little baby juice we will no longer return back to this store

There is a sign outside that says if you pay cash for gas it’s cheaper than paying with the credit or debit card. When I paid cash the Indian guy mid 40’s looking was upset I paid with cash. In a rude tone he asked why I was paying with cash and not by card. I said why do care which way I’m paying? He just didn’t want to be bothered so it’s easier for him if you use your card. So if that’s the case why offer a discount if paying with cash?

So this is for the gas station. The service clerk was horrible, I tried to get air and they decided to turn on the sprinklers. Then come to find out when I go into the store once the sprinklers turn off and I'm able to exit my vehicle, he gives me change when I tell him I'm trying to get air and I come back in because the machine just drains the air out of your tire instead of puts air in and tell them that they need to put a sign on there saying it's out of service. He won't call the service people himself although it's on their property and I told him the least you could do is put a sign on it and he insisted well it's "not ours or so I'm not doing anything". Basically just wants people to come into the store and lose their money and has no sense of common courtesy. Not to mention after running the sprinklers for at least 30 minutes before turning it off to where I could get out my car to go in in the first place, after I complained to them and went to back to my car from his rude response the as$#@! # turned the sprinklers on again and no it wasn't timed as set automatic. Only thing they're good for is gas at the pump and maybe the Subway after hours.

Well lit in a very busy area. Gas prices were very reasonable for me. Not issues at the pump for me.

Went to the subway here they didn't understand me and I told them how I was doing two different orders they don't like doing this and wouldn't let me use my discounts.

Very friendly staff and Subway is always hot and open.
The cashier at night time I think his name is Cris he is all ways polite and makes sure you had a great visit.

Only the best station I've been to. Great people work here, always clean inside & out. It's the chic fil a of gas/convenience stores.

If someone is waiting on the bathroom that usually means they gotta go! Stop cleaning the bathroom and let them go and finish cleaning when they are done!

The couple working the store were really wonderful to be there yesterday evening during the Harvey flooding. I was so glad they were there! They weren't hiking prices even though there weren't many other stores open.

I usually come here because of the prices.but today I needed to put little air in my tire. $5 dollars later, what was a little air in my tire turned into a complete flat tire. I have learned that the air machine is defected. I went in to speak with someone for help. The older lady was shaking her head no and said, " we don't have anything to do with machine out there" call the 1800 on the side, but by this time I'm totally immobile now. I am sitting here stranded at the exxon in front of air machine.uuugh The xact air will hear from me as well!
