Exxon, San Antonio TX

Black young guy dressed in all black is very rude and was cussing back and forth with another black girl that works there as well.they are both employees. I told them they aren’t professional and they should be. And he started to cuss at me.very unprofessional!

One of my favorite stops for coffee or a cold drink, and to gas up. The staff are very down to earth and helpful. The prices are usually great and feasible.

We knew gas prices were extremely high, but to see the horses at the pump made us laugh.
We stop here every Sunday for a potty break (they have plenty of clean restrooms), while we are on our weekly drive, and to get a drink for the road.
This is a nice place to stop for fuel, refreshments, and trinkets.

Staff was very rude. Asked if bathroom was available because my little girl needed to go and the staff told me the bathroom was out of order. Less than 5 minutes later while I was getting drinks a staff member went in and used the bathroom.

Store is so so, coffee is out, never fresh at 8-9am. This was never the case before. Idk what happened here. Store is always busy.

No problem with this gas station. Only negativity is the homeless and strange characters lurking around. Only go during morning hours.

They need to take control about the people outside asking for money and getting persistent

Randomly close when supposed to be 24 hrs never have lids or cups that match other than that it's great oh and that tall guy one time wouldn't take more than a dollar of change and it's all I had was about to run out of gas he was super jerk

Exxon was pretty nice just the area didn't seem you know far as far as I know very good I guess there was a lot of homeless people outside of it but it was all right thank you and have a nice day

The cashiers dont mess with me while I'm outside tinkering with my car. I feel safe here late at night. Its relaxing and pretty calm

This store is always fast and friendly. I wish I could say, clean, but, no. Always sticky floors, and seems cramped and messy by fountain drinks. Ample parking, and now has protected glass safety at registers. Clean up and good to go.

Drove up to store around 12: 30 PM to buy some gas for my car. I noticed that card reader at the pump was unavailable so I proceeded to go in to the store and make the transaction in cash. Approaching the clerk, I ask him for $20 on pump number 2. He responded with "Can't make a purchase during a shift change, We can do it in about 20 minutes". This was absolutely absurd as I know 7-Eleven as a convenient store but at what point does a personnel change have to impact my ability to buy gasoline from your store. I was going to pay in cash of all things so as a matter of funds your business should be fine. And really? At a shift change you can't operate a business! I work for a power company and the citizens of the city don't lose electricity during a shift change.
I will not be returning to this location until this issue is resolved. Which is bad as this store is only a mile from my house.
