Gas Station Exxon reviews
11Today was the most Pleasant visit. Shannon was doing double duty. She was Great. Even the Store felt Better. New owners Thank you
This place has the highest gas prices and they make their own hours when it’s convenient for them. I can’t wait for QT to open across the street. I really hope it forces them to sell it to someone who can actually run a business the right way. Also the subway sucks there too
This absolutely the worst store in Ft Worth. I stopped shopping here 4 years ago but had to pop in and get a fountain drink. Horrible! Guy at the register wouldn’t give me a refund!
Plus all the cases of water stacked right in front of the counter is a hassle and has to be a hazard for customers!
None of the hand sanitizer dispensers have any in them, which is extremely frustrating. The gas is also relatively expensive here.
Great customer service, expensive gas. I don’t buy gas here but I always stop for food and drinks before a trip. They’re friendly and remember your face.
This place has gone downhill fast. The new staff is incredibly rude to everyone. I only go there when I have no other choice. Don't expect them to be polite to you under any circumstances.
Everytime I go into the store the workers look like they do NOT want to be working. They rarely say hi unless your a long term customer. They scan your purchases tell you the total and that's it. Not even a Hi or anything. I've been going to the QT on clifford instead to avoid this service.
Disgusting. One of the workers greeted me as I walked in. We were both headed to the restroom, and the employee does his business and leaves without washing his hands, and I later see him as my cashier. I put my things back and left.
That's absolutely disgusting.
My little grandson tried to be friendly with the cashier, he’s on the autism spectrum and obviously has special needs. My grandson said, “hello, I’m Issac, what’s your name? ” When he wasn’t answered, he repeated himself. The cashier replied, “worker”. They weren’t busy and the other person working wasn’t helping anyone, he recognized the intentional slight from, “Angel, the other worker” and spoke up in an attempt to avert such obviously downright ugly behavior towards a 7 year old child. Shame on you, Angel.
I turned in a lottery ticket and it was $19, the guy wanted me to give him $1 and he would give me $20. I said I don't have a dollar, he got mad at me and handed me the $19 and said something to me in a foreign language. I decided to buy a soda and he was telling another Indian employee something as if he didn't want to sell me anything as if he had a choice. They are very rude and recommend to not buyvanything from them again!
