Prompt, efficient and friendly. No wait time for this first time patient. Also, Dr Guyen and staff were knowledgeable and personable. Highly recommend!

I haven't been going there long but l know alot of people who go there and they are kind and very professional.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would and I feel like the only reason they have 5 stars is from the people that live there locally but I was visiting family and I decided to stop by and see if I can get seen but I was rejected and I thought to myself why if there was hardly in customer in this establishment and I only pick this place because of the reviews that I read that they would gladly accept walk ins but to my surprise I was totally wrong but when I walk through those front doors the looks I received was unwelcoming and the worker there are very unprofessional to out of towners and I was actually about to relocate to this town but after this incident never mind I don’t think they are use to people of color but hey god bless their souls!

Always an A+ experience! Staff members were friendly, attentive, professional. And my appt started five minutes after appointment time. That hardly ever happens anywhere else!

Dr. Brunin restored my eyesight - PTK surgery on each eye. Very nice and professional. Miriam is excellent in coordinating appointments and screening patients. I have had appointments with them over the past few months in Kerrville, Boerne, and San Antonio (both main office and surgery center). All of the staff have been great. I found the waiting rooms can be crowded on some days and times in Kerrville and San Antonio, but I didn't experience any unusual waits. The surgery center in San Antonio was friendly and highly efficient.

My appointment yesterday went very well. I was welcomed when I came in the doors. After filling out paperwork I almost immediately was called back to get prepped to see the doctor. Dr. Flynn was informative and kind. He takes as much time as needed to answer any questions I have. This was the best and quickest visit I’ve had since becoming a patient of Dr. Flynn.

If you have glaucoma and would like an in-depth evaluation, Dr. Flynn is a glaucoma specialist. I highly recommend him!

It has been several years since I had an eye exam. The staff was friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The doctor was excellent. It was a great experience!
