Optometrist Eye Site reviews
20My Eye Site experience was great. The staff all very nice. Elma was very patient explaining how a progressive prescription work and help me with the perfect frames for my face.
Had an emergency, they were able to see me immediately and educate me on exactly what was going on and what to do if it happened again. Everyone was so kind and helpful.
Absolutely loved everything about our experience at Eye Site Everyone was very helpful and had ALOT of patience with all my energetic kids. Cannot recommend them enough!
I have been a long time patient at Eye Site Katy. However, today due to the Katy office being temporarily closed I had to make an appointment with the Town and Country location in order to assess an eye injury. The location was easy to find and the location was clean. The staff was friendly. There is a sign on the door stating that there is no public restroom. Many businesses have such a sign and most of the time this means that the restroom is reserved for employees and customers or in this case patients. After my drive from Katy I found that I needed to ask for permission to use the restroom. I was told that the area was only for employees. I was told that they used to allow patients use their facility, but due to patient info being stored near the restroom area the place was now off limits. I was told that as long as I didn’t say that they sent me I could go to one of the adjacent restaurants and ask. I was in desperate need, so I did, but was turned away. When I returned, I asked a second time and was told to hike or drive a block down the road to the Barnes and Noble down the road. I reminded them that I had a 2: 15 appointment and was afraid that I would be too late if I went down the street. They reassured me that they would see me when I returned. I made it to the ladies room at Barnes & Noble (barely). The entire experience was very stressful. Had I been a mother with young children or an elderly person with limited mobility and bathroom insecurity I am afraid I might have found myself in a highly embarrassing situation.
Once I returned they did allow me to have my appointment without further delay even though I was about 20 minutes late for my appointment. The eye exam was done thoroughly and I am confident in my diagnosis and treatment.
However, until this location addresses the very poor patient care that occurs when patients are denied emergency bathroom access, I cannot help but leave a poor review. While it may take time to address the issue so that FERPA laws and bathroom access can coexist. Since 2018 the state of Texas has a bathroom access law for people with chronic bathroom issues. People with conditions such as IBS can show a letter from their physician stating that they must be given access to employee restrooms. So if you are someone who sometimes finds yourself with an unexpected bathroom need avoid this eye doctor because even though they may be friendly they also are lacking in the ingenuity to find a solution to this potentially messy problem.
It’s been 3 years since I’ve gotten an eye exam so coming in I was nervous. But the entire staff really made me feel comfortable. Josie was awesome! She not only helped me with the exam but also took the time to explain my contact options and glasses. Her experience with fittings and what frames looked best on me proved to be invaluable. Her help was greatly appreciated. Thank you Josie! I highly recommend this location and staff.
It was very welcoming coming into the office! Elma was such a big help and will be coming back again to see her!
Everyone at Eye Site is AMAZING! Josie made buying glass super fun and easy. You can browse as long as you want with no pressure to purchase!
I had a great experience here. Went in for my first pair of glasses and was treated very well and learned a great deal. Josie was extremely helpful and informative. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for quality and professional treatment.
Have been coming here for annual eye exams and prescriptions for glasses for several years.
As I have some of my own frames which require extreme care with lens replacements, I was apprehensive at first to allow Eye Site to handle.
Fear not - JOSIE has personally addressed these issues with ease and is highly skilled in getting everything just right.
Huge thanks and keep up the great work. Josie is a true asset to the Memorial location with her utmost care and customer service.
Just picked up my glasses from Eye Site Memorial. The service was excellent. I really appreciated the extra attention and care provided by the office manager, Josie, who helped me tremendously in selecting glasses that look great.
Great Staff and Amazing Dr's. Bryan was extremely helpful explaining my insurance coverage and helping me find the right frames that fit my face. I would definitely recommenced this office to everyone I know.
I'm currently on vacation, and stopped by Eyesite for an adjustment on my sunglasses. Elma was super nice and the adjustment was complimentary.
The entire staff was great to work with, and Josie spent a ton of time making sure I picked out the right pair of glasses for my first pair! I'll be back.
This is my first time getting any sort of vision correction. The staff (especially Bryan/Brian) were very helpful in explaining to me all of the lens options in a digestable manner.
Elma and everyone at the front desk and the doctors are amazing here! Super nice & helpful with everything. Thank you Eye Site!
Highly recommend
All the staff are super helpful and professional. Josie, in particular, is a joy and always makes me smile. Never expected picking out glasses to be so fun. Oh, and they have great frames as well.
Excellent customer service from Brian. He repaired my glasses promptly and answered my questions regarding an upcoming procedure!
First time here and I have to say I love this place! The Dr.and staff were very sweet and friendly. Elma was a big help throughout the whole process. All around great customer service!
Another great experience yesterday getting my eye exam done at Eyesite Memorial. Elma is super friendly and extremely professional, and helped me pick out the perfect pair of sunglasses. Definite 5* service, would thoroughly recommend. Thanks!
Update 5/14/21: had another great experience. Service is excellent. Elma Garcia was very helpful.
