EYE SITE (Diana Hua, O.D.), Allen TX

Dr. Hua has been my eye doctor for the past 4 years. She’s very personable, intentional, and takes the time to ensure that I understand the results of my annual eye exams and address any questions I have. The employees here are also excellent. The culture is very friendly and I’ve enjoyed my experience here since day one.

Doctor Hua and her staff are always friendly, professional and go above and beyond. I highly recommend Dr Hua to anyone looking for eye care.

As new patients-due in part to new insurance-I was lucky enough that Dr. Hua's schedule opened up enough to fit us in this last week of December! For the first time ever, I opted for the retinal mapping beforehand (in lieu of dilation) only to be told that dilation is still the "gold standard" and is used to verify anything suspect that might show up with retinal mapping. (It was my mistake since my previous eye doctor told me at my last visit that I should opt for retinal mapping going forward considering she said she could see significantly more with retinal mapping than with dilation.) Honestly, after visiting Eye Site earlier this week, I'm a little sad that my family hasn't been seeing Dr. Hua for the past decade now as she is decidedly the closest eye doctor to our house. Next year though, I definitely think she'll be seeing me and my minis!

We love Dr. Hua and the wonderful staff. We've been coming here for about 4 years, until this year. We moved to Prosper and wanted to find someone closer. Boy was that a mistake.

Even though we didn't come to see her this year, her office answered questions we had after a horrible experience at a different Dr.

Morale of the story: once you find a great eye Dr, don't let them go. We'll be back to see them next year and every year after for as long as we can.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Hua at Eye Site and now I understand why she’s a solid 5 stars. I’ve had several different eye drs over the years and she has set herself apart. She was so thorough and so patient. I would highly recommend this office and Dr Hua to anyone looking for an A+ optometrist. The girls at the front were also so friendly and helpful!

Honestly was slightly skeptical of all those 5 star reviews. Just did my first visit today and found that the team and location is definitely amazing. Highly recommended!

Dr. Hua is an amazing doctor. Very calm and polite. Explains things with a lot of details. Answered all my questions. Staff is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend her.

The doctor is really nice but the experience as a whole was really negative for me. I am still having issues with my new prescription and am going to a whole new doctor just to fix it instead of returning here so I don’t have to deal with this place anymore.

Dr. Hua and her team were outstanding. They took the time to explain everything to me and helped my get some stylish frames that fit my head. Definitely recommending Eye Site to all my friends and family for their vision needs.

I been going to a Eye Site since my daughter was 5 years old and now she is 17 years old and she only know Diana. She is wonderful and personable with her this is why my entire family goes to her. We feel like family.
