Abby is amazing as always! Every time we've come to visit, she's been very sweet and kind, taking the time to explain everything to us. Her bedside manner is one to model after as it's exemplary. Holding the team together while having to juggle the salesfloor is a lot for anyone to handle, capable as they may be, so I hope she gets recognized!

They were completely professional, and patient with my eight-year-old that has severe ADHD. I would highly recommend them.

I've never been treated so rudely by someone at the front desk. I will never return to this location.

I walked in for an appointment about 6 to 7 minutes after the appointment was supposed to start, and was on the phone handling a business call. I saw the front desk person had what appeared to be my paperwork at the ready so I didn't say anything to her. When I finally hung up the phone and spoke to her that I was ready for my 4: 00 appointment, she responded, " We have a 10 minute grace period and it's 12 minutes after so you have to reschedule". And when I told her I walked in for the appointment only 6 minutes late, she said " well you waited to talk to me until it was 12 minutes late and now I have to reschedule. It's our corporate policy. "

After arguing back and forth, it was clear she would make no concessions as she did not care about customer service or any of her patients. So I left. Mind you, the place was empty and there was no one else waiting for an appointment so I could have been seen.

I've never been treated so rudely by anyone in any medical office. Don't bother going here.

Edit: I have been responded to by the management, or whoever monitors this, and they have sent the standard PR recovery response to negative reviews. However, when I told the front desk, "I am not coming back here if you tell me I have to reschedule and won't see me today. " Her response was a very curt, "that's fine. " She made it abundantly clear they did not care for or need my business. So I will not be responding, communicating, or dealing with them or any Eye Trends again in the future.

Terrible doctors and office manager. 1. Drs did not diagnosis my daughter’s Keratoconus when she kept going back for over a year saying she couldn’t see. 5000.00 surgery not covered by insurance and she is legally blind because the condition steals sight quickly so their failure to diagnosis took my daughter’s sight! 2. For over 5 months they have been ignoring my husband (the rest of the family left the practice after what they did to my daughter) eye issues and on Thursday he lost his vision while driving. There today and they did nothing again! Stay away from these quacks if you want to keep you vision!

Dr. Quelly and Abby were absolutely fantastic. I 100% recommend Eye Trends the Woodlands for anyone.

The exam was wonderful Dr. Okpalaeze was very through for me and my wife had Dr. Dantin. Abby helped us process and choose frames and lenses and was absolutely wonderful. They had a great variety of frames and the costs were very good as well.

The ladies at the front desk are very nice, however, their manager Kiara, is not. I had been going here over 20 years and the staff and doctors were amazing, however, having a manager with little to no compassion and that seemingly has a power trip as soon as a patient asks a question is not okay. She interrupts her staff who are handling things to insert her rude tone and opinion.

I can’t say enough about Dr Sarah Quelly. She is amazingly thorough in her explanation of what’s going on within the eye, be it good, bad or normal. She is upbeat and professional in her demeanor. I feel confident being in Dr Quelly’s care.

Abby is a God send! I brought in my bent frames scared they wouldn’t be fixable and she saved the day! She was very careful and made sure they were perfect by the time we were done! Definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good optician!

The doctors here are fine, but office policies have increasingly become a problem. I recently made an online appointment request, but never received confirmation. I called the office the morning of my requested appointment to verify that I was on the schedule, and no one would answer the phone. I sat on hold for two minutes twice with no answer. I had scheduled my husband and two kids for another day, but we received a call that they would only allow two family members to come on any given day, so we were going to need to move someone to another day. Another time, my husband had a concern about his eye and needed his annual eye exam, but they said they could not do both on the same day (even thought they had time) because of "insurance" and he would need to come back another day. I imagine they just wanted to be able to bill for a health visit and an eye exam separately. The policies have basically just made it so inconvenient to use them that we've decided to go somewhere more patient oriented instead of business-practice oriented. Our family of 8 went to Eye Trends for years, but the customer experience has declined significantly.

Called yesterday and was able to have an appt the very next day. Doctor was amazing and efficient. We were in and out. We have no complaints and we will definitely be back for my sons next exam.

This is very bad services. They have no responsibility towards client appointment. I went to the Sawdust clinic and directly book appointment with a staff at reception 3 months ago for my daughter eyes test (because they told me they have no time slot during 3 months). The staff accepted Medicaid. I waited for 3 months. Then, one day before the appointment, since I didn’t receive any confirmation text, I called them to ask. Unfortunately, they answered me with no responsibility like We have no thing on our system on that day. We don’t accept Medicaid for your daughter… My daughter eyes has problem, we waited for 3 months just for an impolite and irresponsible response like that.

Our family had the best experience because of “MARIA” she took time out to explain everything during us looking at glasses. She took her time to explain the insurance plus the cost of everything. “MARIA” made our experience easier and we appreciate everything that she did for us. “MARIA” you set the bar high for customer service, so Thank You We recommend this particular store because of the amazing customer service “MARIA” provided.
