I recently made an appointment with Dr. Eric Lee, Optometrist in Richardson. The Receptionist/Medical Assistant had great customer service and conducted herself in a professional manner. She made efficient use of her time. Dr. Lee was very thorough, explained the findings of the tests and examination. He further made recommendations as to what I needed to do next and allowed time for my quests. It was a great experience!

Dr lee makes you comfortable and helps to do savings with exact results. I would prefer them for eye checkup who have high vision number similar to me.

I thought it was odd that I didn't have to complete any new patient forms. Receptionist was out and the front desk lights were all out. Front door was locked and I had to wait for someone to let me in. Only 2 chairs in waiting room, oddly positioned. Dr Lee and his assistant were very nice and thorough. After all the testing, I had to be referred to a different eye specialist. When I checked out they told me I owed over $100 when my exam was free with insurance and the retinal imaging was only $39. They corrected it before I left. Overall, I liked Dr Lee and would return.
