Eyecare Associates of Texas, P.A., Cedar Hill TX

Made an appointment last week for today. Called yesterday to give them my insurance information since the ID # I gave them previously was supposedly not active. The reception told me not to worry but to present it when I show up for my appointment. I get there at my appointment time today I can’t be found in the system. Apparently my appointment have been cancelled without any notice to me for lack of insurance.

Eyecare Associates has taken care of my eyes since 1988 when the office was in a tiny *little building off Interstate 67 in Midlothian with Dr Cooper and Team/Staff.and when all the seats were taken by the patients, everyone stood patiently for a seat or until they were called to receive medical attention regarding their eyes.
I am not able to compare any other provider to 'Eyecare Associates,
because there has never been any reason for me to seek service for any reason.as a 'Senior, I am absolutely satisfied knowing the
*new office of several years now is current with the most current technology, and the 'Staff is professional and 'Patient friendly.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Bishop for over 25 years. She’s always been very kind and knowledgeable. She is a great doctor and very helpful. She’s treated me and my husband for so long, we ‘re struggling with leaving. We’re getting older and the drive to see her is getting harder for us. We need to see someone closer to where we live. She deserves a 5 star from me and my husband! !

I love Dr. Le Trang, I‘be been go to her since 2015 and she really takes good care of my eyes. She has done Cataract surgery on both my eyes and she throughly explained the process and what she was going to do during my surgery and she made me feel relaxed as I was nervous. I’m very happy with my experiences with the staff as well, they are very nice and courteous. I would recommend EyeCare Associates to my friends.

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is very clean. Of course the Doctors are amazing.
