Everyone in the office is very nice and professional. You feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. The doctor was so kind to take her time and explain everything and answer all my questions without every making me feel like she was in a rush to go to the next patient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and was able to find out the causes of my symptoms and provide treatment that wasn't just a bandaid, but treat the cause. I will definitely be going back and recommend highly.

What an amazing experience! Dr Emily Thai was one of the most warm, informative, thoughtful, and compassionate Optometrist I’ve ever experienced. She was patient, optimistic, reassuring, and extremely personable. I’ve never walked away from an eye appointment feeling educated and informed in all of my 30 years of wearing glasses, and seeing Optometrist annually, so this speaks volumes. The office is clean and and bright, they have state of the art technology, and very professional and kind front desk agents. This is my new eye care home!

Been there yesterday for mine and my 2 kids annual exam. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, especially Dr. Thai, she was great, she explained everything in details and handled my kids so well. Will recommend to anyone for eye care needs.

I’ve been going here for my yearly exams for a while now so when my kids needed their eyes checked I was happy to see that they also work with kids. One of my children is very anxious around doctors and the other is very curious and wants to learn how everything works. The entire staff was patient with both of them and explained how everything worked and why and made the whole experience fun! To the point that my child that needed glasses was so excited to get them and the other was upset they didn’t need them! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you for taking such good care of us!

They gave me a fast service. My case was urgent, and they squeezed me in in a few sec in the busy schedule of doc. And gave me many helpful working advices during our session.

I love Dr. Thai! I normally hop around from optometrist to optometrist because my prescription changed so much anyways. I feel like nobody can ever actually get it right, or care to. That stops at Dr. Thai. I think we went through 4-5 different contacts and played around with prescriptions that would best suit me. She genuinely cared to get it right and didn’t seem annoyed at all! I actually felt comfortable telling her about the fit and comfort of each one (or lack thereof). She’s thorough, kind and super friendly! The office is clean and new, the staff listens and is personable. I found it cheaper to order through them than other online contact stores, and they are fast. I went in for an appointment on Tuesday and received my contacts by Friday. Even though we moved father away, Dr. Thai and the Eyediology staff is worth the drive for us.

Went for an eye exam/check-up for my 5 year old and it was a very good experience. The staff are very friendly and professional. Dr. Tracy Thai was excellent, she was very patient with my kid and made her very comfortable while doing all the testing. They have state of the art technology, so really helpful, especially when doing an eye exam for younger kids. Dr. Thai was amazing in going over the exam and explaining things in detail. Highly recommend this place.
