Eyemart Express, Austin TX

I have been a customer for approximately 7 years. This is the second time I had to wait for my glasses since the frames are not in stock. They estimated 2 weeks and the frames were in one week.

Good selection. Helpful and courteous employees. Quick turnaround on order. Eye doc right next door was awesome too.

This is a great store and team that work there. They are proficient, care about your needs and very fast. Great selection are a reasonable price. 5 thumbs up out of 5 from me.

They are always busy, but the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The selection of glasses is good. I highly recommend them!

Being able to see should not cost $513 dollars for lenses ALONE! I literally got 4 pairs of prescription classes with frames (name brand -bells and whistles included) for not even close. This place is amazing and they are FAST. They have a huge selection and lots of patience too:) So appreciated!

The customer service was great but I was disappointed that there were no bogo specials for my type of progressive lens at the time I needed my glasses. I always got buy one get one free in the past so I can't say I will be a loyal customer in the future.

They should specify on their website and on the phone and in there signage contact exams are by appointment only online or call center
Weekdays only ECT.
Appointments may made not be made in person or in store.

Express. A questionable term? Received call to pick-up 2 pair of glasses. First pair.no problem. The second pair (sunglasses) were not tinted and was told it would only take about 30 mins. Left the store and returned approximately 30 minutes later. The store was packed, with only one employee on the floor and supposedly manager and any others were in the back on a time wasting conference call. Back in line, I went. What wonderful customer service.

I love eyemart, the staff is always friendly, they have so many frames and top designers to choose from and best of all I can usually get my glasses the same day. Thank you for the great service.

The only place that had glasses that looked good on me. Is happy that you carry Betsy Johnson glasses.

I was impressed with each of the group that was there. They were so helpful but left me alone while I looked at the many frames. I'm pleased with the reading glasses that I came home with and am looking forward to my main glasses in about a week.

The Eye Techs are very friendly. They assist you with a smile and they want to ensure that you are very satisfied with your experience there at Eye Mart.

This Eyemart express on Southpark meadows is the best place to obtain eyewear, friendly staff, glasses are ready by an hour or before estimate time frame. Never had an issue. This is the pace to go. I went to the Eyemart before north Austin it was horrible I have to drive 55 min to Southpark meadows but is worth the drive!

Staff it's so nice and professional, it was my very first time getting glasses for my kid and they made everything so easy to understand, the process was fast and even at the pick up day they were fast and mentioned that if anything happens just had to call them.

Had a good experience. Everyone is helpful, friendly and acknowledges you as you walk in.
I’ve been going here for the last five years. Discounts are wonderful for those of us on financial budgets.

I have been going to this place for the last 7 to 10 years. Every time is a great experience. What's the most important to me is pricing and they have the best prices. Not to mention they can take care of progressive lenses on the spot. Amazing!
