Eilene, the store manager greeted us as we walked in. I went in around 6: 15 but figured we would check out the frames and come back the next day to finalize it all. I didn’t want to hold them up because they closed at 7. Eilene and her lab technician had my daughter’s frames done within 20 minutes of us deciding which frames we wanted. I’ve never had this type of service, care ever when I’ve purchased my daughter’s glasses and I’ve been doing so elsewhere for about 6 years. Eilene educated me on types of lenses, what do to if the frames break and how to care for the lenses. It had been two years since we last purchased glasses for my daughter and she was over the moon with being able to take them home same day. Thank you Eilene and Lab Tech (forgive me for not catching your name) We not only got a great deal on two glasses but the personalized care was the cherry on top. Go here for your eyewear needs folks. You won’t regret it
