They were very professional and kind. They helped me pick out some glasses that would fit my face and not pinch into my temple as I have a very wide face. They have a buy one get one special that I could use even with my insurance. Usually they're done in about an hour. I got on of my pairs and the other had to be special ordered. Overall very happy with my experience with them.

Diamond was very healthful thru the whole process in getting My glasses. Picked out some super cute red frames and I love them. Got to wear them out on the same day, in just a couple of hours.

Mostly perfect expirence. I purchased a pair of driving sunglasses (with polarized lenses & sunglass frames that looked cool) and a second normal pair at a relatively good price through my insurance. The second pair was perfect but the first pair came with complications. I was told when choosing the sunglass frame that due to the Frame not having a bottom for the lense itself that it would expose just how thick the lenses were (this was because I have a very strong prescription and thus thick lenses, even with the thickness reduction of Polycarbonate lenses). I was not told however that because of the strength of my prescription that the curve of the frame would exaggerate my viewing angles forcing my eyes to look in opposite directions. The thick frames I could live with but I specifically got the first pair for driving which I definitely couldn't do due to the wide angle difference. Tecniclly I could drive with my second pair but the first was to help with the intensity of the sun at mid day or sunset. They did what they could to straighten the frames curve which is is doable enough for me to drive but when I tried getting a replacement frame (a replica one from the second pair which was actually 3x cheaper) it ultimately came down to having to get a whole new pair completely out of pocket. The total for the new pair came out to the same as with the first 2 under insurance, something I can't afford right now to pay twice.

TLDR I bought 2 pairs, the first for driving and a second normal pair. The second pair was perfect but the first unuseable. In the end, a lack of advice left me with having to pay double out of pocket for a replacement to the first pair.

Eyemart express delivered top notch service in less than 30 minutes! Unbelievable. We went in with a script for my brother that needed to be filled that day, but with 30 minutes left til closing, I didn't think it would be possible. Guess what- they did it! Thank you eyemart team; you're the best.
