The entire staff made our visit wonderful. Rebecca made it possible for an appointment the very next day. Shelby performed the eye imaging which was easy. Dr. Simpson conducted a thorough and complete eye exam. Selecting new eyeglasses is usually a challenge, but Amber would not just allow us to purchase unless we were happy. Amber ordered additional frames for us to look at prior to buying. Tracey even got involved searching for eyewear for me. The office is clean and attractive, but the staff is the reason I now have a new eye doctor, and eyeglass resource. Thank you all for the awesome experience.

Just left my annual visit to Dr Simpson! Service is great and staff is very welcoming and my time with Doc is like picking up on an old conversation with a friend. Hands down best eye experiences I’ve had have been at her office!

We ran in to have glasses fixed for a loved one who was in the nursing home right down the road. Spur of the moment and they fixes them within 5 minutes. Wonderful customer service!

Excellent experience, everyone was very nice. The doctor and assistant explained everything I needed to know and were very understanding with me taking breaks to help my toddler stay calm. Was a great experience overall and will likely go back.
